TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must be a legal resident of Australia residing in South Australia.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, their related bodies corporate and companies or agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to win this promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter believes either has tampered with the entry process or has submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
COMPETITION TIMELINE:
Entry stage: 5th December – 11.59pm 20th December 2013Winners will be notified by phone on 23rd December 2013.
Winner details will be announced on Rundle Mall Facebook page.
HOW TO ENTER:
1. Visit Rundle Mall each day throughout the competition period to discover the day’s Code word. The code word will be displayed in three locations; temporary lighting hoarding at King William Street, Light pole outside Roger David, and on the Visitor Information Centre.
2. Open Third Party Application via QR code or link provided in advertising and promotional materials.
3. Fill in the entry form including the day’s code word
LIMITATION TO ENTRY:
To be eligible to enter this competition you must visit Rundle Mall to view the day’s code word.
Other limitation to entry, you must have a Facebook Profile to enter.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per email address per day during the Contest Period.
Withdrawal of Entry: If an entrant submits an entry and later wishes to have it removed from, or not posted to the intended contest, they should contact Hybrid Digital on (08) 8113 0400 during business hours.
All website entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database NOT the time of transmission by the entrant.
PRIZE:
The major prize winner will receive a Travel Voucher to the value of $3,000 from a Travel Retailer located within the Rundle Mall Precinct.
The winner may choose from the following retailers - Adelaide Travel, Escape Travel, Flight Centre, Helloworld Adelaide Arcade or Holidays of Australia. A different Rundle Mall travel retailer will be considered if desired by the winner, subject to confirmation from the retailer that they will supply a voucher and length of their voucher redemption.
This prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, foreign exchange, cash passports, travellers cheques. Travel vouchers can be redeemable for one year (12 months) from the issue date, which will be no earlier than Wednesday 15 January 2014.
Once the voucher nomination has been made, vouchers will be purchased and will need to be collected in person by the Winner from Wednesday 15 January 2014 at the Rundle Mall Management Authority - Level 2, 7 James Place, Adelaide, SA, 5000. Photo ID will be required as proof of identity.
Winners will be required to contact their selected Travel Retailer to redeem their prize.
If the prize or any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters’ control, the Promoter will endeavour but is not obliged to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value.
WINNER SELECTION:
The winners will be selected using a random selector within the Woobox application on Monday 23rd December 2013.
Once the Winner has been selected they will be notified by a telephone call.
The decision of the judges is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
An unclaimed prize draw will take place at 23rd February 2014, if required.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or any instructions or directions on this site, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Entrants are required to provide truthful information, and the Promoter will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent.
Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the entrant’s responsibility and are dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website will deem the entry to be invalid. All entries and information from entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.
