MARIO QUEEN OF THE CIRCUS PRESENTS: HIS CROWN JEWELS
Audiences roared for him at La Soiree, and now Mario is back with juggling, comedy, sexappeal and the anthems of Queen for Mario Queen of the Circus presents: His Crown Jewels, on stage at WTF 2014 from Friday 14 to Saturday 22 January.
Mario is the Queen-enthused alter ego of performer Clarke McFarlane and he is joined by a selection of Australia's best female circus and cabaret performers.
According to McFarlane audiences can expect an enlightening and entertaining evening with Mario and his bevy of circus ladies at WTF 2014.
"Mario is a born showman and a huge Queen fan, so if you enjoy the moves of Freddie Mercury mixed with juggling and unicycling you're in luck.
"For the WTF shows Mario will be joined by a dazzling array of talented ladies of the circus (his crown jewels) and cabaret so there will be plenty of juggling, contorting, dancing, fireeating and even some audience participation if you're keen."
Clarke McFarlane is a New Jersey-born and New York City-schooled performer. He's toured internationally as Mario since 2005 and in the last year has toured to Belgium, France,Germany, Italy, Switzerland, England, Ireland, Canada, Holland and Australia.
