Take a photo of your balloon with your answer visible – you can also include yourself or others in the photo.
Post your photo to Twitter, Facebook or Instagram with hash tag #myMVFestival by 5pm on Monday 24 February.Please note: remember to set your post to 'public' so that we can find it.

Competition rules This competition opens on 13 January at 10am
and closes on Monday 24 February 2014 at 5pm, EST+1 Entrants must write one word on a balloon that describes what the Moonee Valley Festival means to them and post a photograph of their balloon to Twitter, Facebook or Instagram, with hash tag #myMVFestival, by Monday 24 February 2014 at 5pm.
The winning photo will be chosen via
www.random.org The prize being offered is a 16GB Apple iPad Air.
The winning photo cannot identify children aged 16 years or under (unless the legal guardian/parent signs a consent form). Verbal consent is required for all adults (over 16) that are identifiable in the photo. Therefore any photo that identifies children aged 16 years or under, where a consent form has not been received, is ineligible to win. The winner will be notified via a direct message to the account they have posted their photo on or via an ‘@’ post (if they do not follow our social media sites). If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be chosen and notified.
The winner will be announced within 14 days of the competition closing date.
We will re-tweet the winning photo, repost it on our Facebook page and send it to The Weekly Review Moonee Valley for publication with the winner’s first name and suburb.
Only one entry per social media platform is permitted per person i.e. one person can submit their entry to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for a total of three entries. Entrants agree to follow Moonee Valley City Council’s social media usage terms.
Only open to Australian residents. Council employees, Councillors and immediate family (including parents, siblings, spouse, siblings, children and grandchildren) are ineligible to enter.
