Competition Terms and ConditionsThe promoter is Toyo Tyre & Rubber Australia Limited Ltd, Level 2, 137-147 Airds Rd, Minto, NSW, 2566.
These conditions of entry relate to the “Driven To Perform – Win a GoPro” promotion.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Entry is open to Australian residents only.Employees of Toyo Tyre & Rubber Australia or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
Closing date for entry will be 5 March 2014. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
There are three (3) individual prizes of a GoPro Hero3+ Black Edition HD Cameras to be won. The value of each prize is $529.This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, GoPro or Facebook.
Entrants must submit a valid photograph to be eligable to win a prize.
Competition winners will be determined by the number of votes their entry gains from other Facebook users. The three entries with the highest number of votes at the end of the competition will be considered the competition winners. In the event of a draw in the number of votes, a problem with the voting mechanism or a lack of votes, the promoter will select the winners by random draw from the full list of entries that are eligible to win.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The winners will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about participants to enable entry in the promotion but no further use of this information will be made outside of the scope of the entry form without prior consent.
Entrants must own the copyright to the photographs/images that they upload. The promoter is not responsible for any breach of copyright as a result of this promotion.
By entering the competition, entrants grant the promoter the rights to use their images in marketing related activity.
