1. The promoter is WineMarket Pty Ltd Siegersdorf Road, Tanunda, SA 5352, ABN 26130782919, Licence No. 51402336.

2. The Promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any additional information in respect of entry into and prize of the Promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Participation in this Promotion shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. This promotion runs from 12:00am AEDST on Monday 24 February 2014 and closes 11:59PM AEDST Friday 4th April 2014 (the "Promotion Period"). The winner will be notified via telephone and their nominated email address on Tuesday 8 April 2014. The winner's name will also be published in The Australian Newspaper on Thursday 10 April 2014.

5. The winner will be drawn at random from valid entries at Level 2, 26 Waterloo Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 at 3:00PM AEDST Monday 7 April 2014. There will be one prize draw and one winner.

6. All entries remain the property of the promoter and may be entered into a database and used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including email contact.

7. If the winner of the draw cannot be contacted, is unable to satisfy these competition conditions or forfeits or does not claim their prize then the promoter will conduct a second chance draw at 11am AEST Wednesday, 9 July 2014 at 11am at Level 2, 26 Waterloo Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010. The second chance winner will be notified by email on Friday, 11 July 2014 and also published in The Australian Newspaper on Wednesday, 16 July 2014.

8. If neither the winner nor the second chance winner claims the prize, the promoter will deal with the prize as per the state regulations.
Prize Inclusions
9. Trip for 2 to Alaska, total prize value is $10,000. The prize includes:

9.1. Airfares: Two return economy airfares from the winner's nearest capital city (inclusive of airline taxes) to Anchorage US with a maximum value of $5000. Airfare will be purchased by the Promoter or by a travel agent on behalf of the Promoter, and will be valid for travel commencing from 01/06/2014 and finishing by 31/08/2014. All air travel is subject to the conditions of the participating Airline. Airline(s) selection is as the discretion of the Promoter and will be valid for major airlines operating in Australia dependent on availability from the Winners closest capital city. Frequent Flyer points will not be accrued with each booking, and no upgrades may be purchased. Subject to availability at the time of the booking based on airline capacity and peak times. All air travel must be the same for both the Winner and their travel companion. Once the Promoter has issued the air travel tickets, any changes or additional charges are the responsibility of the Winner and their travel companion.

9.2. Accommodation: Five nights' accommodation at a 4 star rated standard which will be booked for the desired travel dates with a maximum of $300AUD per night.

9.3. Adventure Tours: A choice of two out of the three Adventure Tours: Kenai Fjords National Park Cruise (6 hours), Denali Tundra Wilderness Tour OR Dog sledding on Godwin Glacier by Helicopter with a maximum value up to $3500.
Prize Exclusions
10.1. Winner must travel between 01 June 2014 and the 31st August 2014.

10.2. If the winner cannot travel within the appropriate dates then they forfeit their prize and no compensation will be paid in lieu.

10.3. The prize does not include any travel insurance, upgrades, passports, visas, meals, taxes (other than those included in the prize of the ticket), ancillary costs, airport transfers or any other costs of a personal nature not stated. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the/each prize winner and their companion. Prize travel is subject to the General Conditions of Carriage of the applicable airline. The Winner must check with the Department of Foreign Affairs regarding possible Travel Warnings to the United States or any transit countries they will be traveling to.

10.4. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

11. The Prize winner has two weeks from the day of notification they have been selected as the winner to advise WineMarket representatives of the dates they would like to travel.

12. Prize Choice value is the recommended values as provided by the supplier and is correct at the time of printing. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the Prize occurring between publishing date and date the Prize is claimed. Prize values are in Australian dollars.

13. It is a condition of accepting any Prize Choice that the Prize winner must comply with any conditions of use of the Prize and the Prize supplier's directions or requirements.

14. The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Prize or any element of the Prize cannot be exchanged for any other Prize or Prizes. The contents of the Prize will be at the Promoter's sole discretion. The Prize is subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the entities supplying the Prize.

15. If the Prize or any element thereof is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a Prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.

16. The Promoter makes no warranties or representations about the fitness for purpose or suitability of any element of the Prize chosen by the Winner and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness for any purpose of the Prize, or the failure of the Prize to be of merchantable quality.
Entry
17. Entry into the Promotion is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18 years, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and its affiliates associated with this Promotion and their immediate families ("Eligible Entrants").

18. To enter the WineMarket "Win a Trip to Alaska" promotion 'Eligible Entrants' must either:

18.1. Purchase one or more cases from the 'adventure series' during the 'promotional period.

18.1.1. For every wine case purchased in the 'Advanced series' receive 5 entries into the competition.

18.1.2. For every case purchased in the 'Intermediate series' receive 3 entries into the competition.

18.1.3. For every case purchased in the 'beginner series' receive 2 entries into the competition.

18.1.4. Entrants can receive multiple entries by purchasing multiple cases following the above criteria. Eligible entrants can order cases from WineMarket in one of the following ways:

18.1.4.1. Online at www.winemarket.com.au/Win-A-Trip-To-Alaska

18.1.4.2. On the phone on 1300 289 946

18.1.4.3. All orders must be paid in full, no split payments, during the Promotion Period.

18.2. 'Like' the WineMarket Facebook Page via the 'Win a Trip to Alaska' sweepstakes application hosted at WineMarket's Facebook. Customers will need to enter their details including email address to receive 1 entry. Further bonus entries in the draw are achievable if customers 'share' the competition with their 'friends' and those friends enter the competition as a result via the 'Woobox' application mechanism.

19. Entries that are incomplete or are not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence), and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are not received, or are received late, by the Promoter.
Travel
20. It is a condition of accepting the Prize is that the Prize winner and guest/s may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

21. The Prize winner and guest/s are responsible for ensuring that they are able to travel to the relevant country/city in taking the chosen Prize. As a condition of entry, the Prize winner and their guest/s must not be subject to any restrictions on their rights to travel to and from the applicable country or countries. Entrants must have a valid passport with more than ten months until expiry (from the date the Prize winner is judged) to be eligible for the Prize. It is the responsibility of the Prize winner and their guest/s to check and comply with all applicable requirements. The Prize winner and guest/s are to check the entry and visa requirements of each country they enter as part of the prize and are responsible for complying with conditions of entering the country and any associated costs.

22. The Prize winner and their guest/s must travel at the same time and depart from the same capital city and are responsible for transport from their respective residence to the airport at their nearest capital city for the flights (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Hobart or Darwin). In the event the Prize winner is from Tasmania, ACT or NT, connecting flights from these cities to the nearest flight departure capital city will be included in the Prize package for the Prize winner and guest/s only.

23. It is the sole responsibility of the Prize winner and their guest/s to ensure that their personal travel documentation is valid and check with all government travel advisory and immigration authorities regarding travel requirements and eligibility. Any fines, penalties, payments and expenditure incurred as a result of not meeting such requirements are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner and their guest/s. Travel insurance is advisable for the Prize winner and their guest/s to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances, however, such arrangements and costs are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner and their guest/s.

24. Airfare tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of the airline. Flight itineraries may have to be adjusted depending on the airline's departure city and their current flight schedule. Frequent Flyer points are not available.

25. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the Prize winner at check in to the hotel for any incidental charges, not included in the Prize.
General
26. The Prize winner is advised that tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the Prize and he/she should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize.

27. In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners (and their companions) agree to granting the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites, and the winners (and their companions) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

28. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Prize winner and guest/s may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

29. The Promoter and their associated agencies, make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. It is the sole responsibility of the Prize winner and their guest/s to first check with all government travel advisory information regarding the safety and situation of the destination of their chosen destination/event

30. The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, delay or rescheduling of transport, or any other unforeseeable circumstances which may prevent the Prize winner from taking the Prize (in whole or in part) and any costs incurred as a result. Including, without limitation, any ancillary accommodation costs will be the sole responsibility of the Prize winner

31. The Prize winner and their guest/s are advised to consult their healthcare professional regarding recommended immunisations and/or health checks prior to travelling and to check for travel warnings and any perceived hazards with appropriate authorities, including www.dfat.gov.au.

32. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow the Prize winner or one or more of their travel companions to take part in any or all aspects of the Prize chosen by the Winner, if the Promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that a Prize winner or one or more of their travel companions are not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able safely to participate in the Prize.

33. The prizes must be taken as stated and are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to in writing by WineMarket.

34. WineMarket encourages responsible drinking. Legal-aged consumers should be advised to consider safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines – up to 6 standard drinks on any one day, no more than 3 days a week for males and up to 4 standard drinks on any one day, no more than 3 days a week for females.

35. If the Prizes are not available for any reason and if the law permits, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute them with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.

36. The Promoter does not take any responsibility for the Prize being lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed in transit.

37. Where any aspect of the Promotion is affected by sabotage, theft, fraud or mistake, or an entry does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion declare that a person is or is not an Eligible Entrant and elect to award or cancel the Prize.

38. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained in connection with the conduct of the Promotion or from participation in the Promotion or redemption of the Prizes. The Prizes may have terms and conditions of use (for example, it may expire after a certain period of time) and the winner is responsible for complying with those terms.

39. The Promoter reserves the right to waive any conditions set out herein and if the law permits. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

40. In the case of a force majeure event and if the law permits, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion modify, cancel or suspend the Promotion, subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies.

41. The terms and conditions within may be amended & edited during the promotional period without notice to the Entrants.
