Terms and Conditions1.Promotion Description: By participating in this skill based competition, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor being JUMP STAR TRAMPOLINES. The Sponsor will be responsible for ensuring the winner receives their prize. 2. and ends 18th March 2014 at 11.59pm WA time. This give-away is a "Game of skill" in which each entrant must answer the question posed on the entry app. This question is mandatory to comply with Australian laws. Entries will be judged on their merit or creativity, and the winner will be chosen within 48 hours of the competition closing. Winners will be contacted by their Facebook-registered email address or by the phone number they have provided, and will have 48 hours to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed in this time, the winner will be re-drawn. The judges decision is final. 4.
The Prize: Jump Star Trampolines (the sponsor) will provide to one winner: 1 x Jump Star 12ft Round Trampoline with enclosure, galvanised steel ladder, basketball hoop (value $395.00) and one $100 gift card from Woolworths. The trampoline will be shipped to the door of the winners residential address in mainland Australia. The winner will agree to waiting up to 21 days to receive his / her prize due to shipping times. 5. This prize is not redeemable for cash. 6.
