Go Natural “The Muppets” ColesExpress Promotion
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of theseConditions of Entry. Entry into the Go Natural “The Muppets” Coles Express Promotionis deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Any entry notcomplying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. The promotion commences Thursday 6th March 2014. Entries closeat midnight on Wednesday 2nd April 2014.
3. Entry is open to Australian residents only.

Entry requires the last 4 digits of any Go Natural product purchased ata Coles Express outlet during the promotional period. Entries will only beaccepted via the Go Natural “The Muppets” Facebook app OR the through the GoNatural website. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check theauthenticity of entries. Thiscompetition is in no way associated, run or endorsed by Facebook.
5. All valid entries will go into the draw to win 1 of 100 familymovie passes (Admit 4) to “The Muppets”, in cinemas April 2014. Each pass is valuedat$80 (total prize pool is $8000). The prizes arenon-transferable, non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. Any portionnot used will be non-refundable and all additional costs will be that of theprize winner.
6. The prize draw will take place on Thursday 3rd April 2014 at11am by Go Natural at Go Natural Australia, Level 2, 313 Burwood Road,Hawthorn, Victoria 3122.
7. The value of the prizes are accurate at the date ofcommencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for anyvariation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot betransferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Where a prize is unavailable, subjectto the relevant state authorities the Promoter retains the right to substitutethe prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The Promoter and itsassociated companies and agencies will not be liable for any loss or damagewhatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect orconsequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as aresult of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability whichcannot be excluded by law.
8. The winners will be notified by email on Friday 4th April 2014.The movie passes will be posted using Australia Post on Friday 4th April 2014.
9. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will beentered into.
10. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies acceptno responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries. Inaddition the Promoter is not responsible for entries incorrectlycompleted/submitted or for problems experienced entering the competition due totechnical issues (i.e. computer problems or internet connections).
11. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running asplanned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the termsof the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry. Anychanges are subject to the relevant state authorities have have granted thepermits for this promotion.
12. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prizeis the responsibility of the winner.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw any unclaimed prize andin the event of an Entrant failing to comply with these Entry Conditions,forfeiting or not claiming its prize within 7 days after notification (unclaimeddate – 11th April 2014). If any prize remains unclaimed by the unclaimeddate, then a second draw will be held at 12.00pm AEST the day after theUnclaimed Date, at Go Natural Australia, Level 2, 313 Burwood Road, Hawthorn,Victoria 3122. Each unclaimed prize draw winner will be contacted by emailimmediately following the second draws (if any).
14. By entering this competition, each entrant consents to thePromoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotionand announce the winner and disclosing the entrant’s personal information toorganisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion andannouncing the winner, and to third parties as required by law (includingauthorities that regulate this Promotion). The Promoter is bound by theNational Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Entrants can accessand correct the personal information the Promoter holds about them bycontacting the Promoter (Go Natural) on (03) 9819 6114.
15. If the entrant would like to receive further information fromthe Promoter they can choose to ‘opt in’ when entering the competition. Theentrants will then benefit from promotional information communicated to themfrom the Promoter at any time. Entrants may ‘opt out’, ‘unlike’ or‘unsubscribe’ from receiving communications from the Promoter at any time.
