Terms and Conditions

1. Shaw Contract Group Australia’s ‘Subscribe to win an iPad mini’ draw is conducted by Shaw Contract Group Australia Pty Ltd, Port Melbourne VIC, 3207, ABN: (60 138 198 697).

2. Information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Completing the Online form is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Entry is open to Australian residents 18 years and over.

4. Officers, employees, successors or assigns of Shaw Contract Group Australia and its parent companies, its agencies in the promotion, as well as immediate family of any of them are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” means spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household as the employee.

5. Promotion commences at 9am (AEDST) on 9 April, 2014 and concludes at 5pm (AEDST) 30 May, 2014.

6. Entry is free and open to all Australian citizens and residents.

7. Only one entry per person is permitted.

10. The winning entry will receive one new Arteriors Aldo vase, valued at $300 RRP.

11. The promotion is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the Winners.

12. Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, Entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take a Prize if they are a Winner.

13. To enter the Promotion, an Entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
a) Complete all of the required data entry fields on the entry form
b) Answer the following question in 25 words or less – What’s your favourite Beyond the Fold style is and why?
c) Meet with a Shaw representative during the promotion period to view the Beyond the Fold collection

14. The winner will be selected 4 June, 2014 from all participants registered who are eligible. The winner will be notified via phone and email. A valid phone number and email address is required.

13. In the event that the prize is unclaimed as at 12 noon (AEST) 4 July 2014, an alternative winner will be selected from participants on 5 July 2014. The new winner will be notified via phone and email.

14. The Prize will be awarded via post or via alternative arrangement agreed to by prize winner and promoter.

15. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. You agree for Shaw Contract Group Australia to publish your name as the winner of the competition by accepting the Terms and Conditions.

17. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Shaw Contract Group Australia which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Shaw Contract Group Australia reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions under applicable legislation. Shaw Contract Group Australia also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who Shaw Contract Group Australia has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
