HOW TO ENTER:
The Competition commences on Monday 2nd June 2014 at 0900 AEST and concludes
Friday 6th June 2014 at 2359 AEST (“the Competition Period”).
Entrants must watch any episode of Hot Seat broadcast on Channel 9 during the period from
Monday June 2 2014 to Friday June 6 2014 inclusive to find out how much money is given
away in an episode and then enter the competition as per clause five (5).
There are two ways entrants can enter the Competition:
190: Call 1902 554 888 and register their full name, suburb, the amount of money given
away on that episode and a daytime phone number as prompted during the Competition
Period. Maximum cost of 190 call is 55c. Calls from payphones and mobile phones may
attract a higher rate. 190 service provider is Salmat Digital Pty Limited.
OR
SMS: send an SMS containing their full name, suburb and the amount of money that was
given away on that episode to 199 54 888 so it is received during the Competition Period.
Premium SMS cost is 55c. Entrants must have premium service access. SMS entries via
the Internet are ineligible. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into
the Competition database and NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant. Premium

PRIZES
13) All valid entries which correctly identify the amount of money given away in an episode of Hot
Seat broadcast during the period Monday June 2 2014 to Friday June 6 2014 will be included
in the draw. The first valid entry drawn will win the major prize. The major prize winner will
be eligible to receive the prize package detailed below, subject to these Conditions of Entry.
The draw will take place at Salmat Digital Pty Ltd, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060
on Monday June 9 2014 at 0930 AEST. The winner will be notified by phone and mail within
2 days’ of the draw and their name will be published in the Public Notices section of The
Australian on Tuesday 10th June 2014.

14) The audition will take place on Tuesday 27th June or a date determined by the Promoter.
Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter. The audition is an audition only and does not
guarantee a seat on Hot Seat.
The winner (and their companion) must be 18 years and over to redeem and participate in
the prize.
If the winner resides in Victoria, the prize does not include the two (2) return flights and
airport transfers and this part of the prize will not be awarded. If the winner resides in
Victoria, they will be responsible for arranging travel from their home to Melbourne and return
and paying for any associated expenses (including without limitation costs of transport, petrol,
and other ancillary expenses).
