Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these conditions of entry.
Any subscriptions purchased from 9am Friday 12 September 14 to midnight 14 November will be included in the draw. Subscriptions for one year can be purchased in the following ways:

Entry is limited to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 years.
The owners, management and employees (or immediate family) of Australian Publishing Resource Service ( the promoter) are not eligible to enter.
The prize is final, not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or traded.
Any unused portion of the prize is not redeemable in cash or in kind.
The prize is a $1000 voucher for OZtrail camping and outdoor products, redeemable through the OZtrail online catalogue.
Promotion commences 11am Friday 12 September 2014 and entries close at midnight AEST on 14 November 2014.
Draw details: The competition will be drawn at 10am AEST on Friday 14 November at APRS head office 3/31 Thompson Street, Bowen Hills Qld 4006. The prize winner will be the first valid entry drawn.
The winner will be notified in writing to the mail, or email, address and phone number provided within 14 days of the drawing. The name of the winner will be published on The Retiree Website on Friday 28 November 2014.
0. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into Australian Publishing Resource Service, not time of transmission by the entrant.
The entrant releases from and indemnifies the Promoter against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of the entrant’s participation in the Promotion, or breach of these terms and conditions, including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. Any portion of the prize unused will be forfeited.
