1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. The competition commences at 12.00pm (AWST Australian Western Standard Time) on December 1, 2014 and entries close at 11.59pm (AWST) on December 14, 2014.
5. Entry details:
• To enter, individuals must visit our Facebook page and tell us in 25 words or less about your biggest adventure.
Once complete and valid, online registration will provide the participant one entry in the draw. Only one entry per person. Multiple registrations will not provide multiple entries. Incomplete, incorrect and incomprehensible answers and details will, at the sole and absolute discretion of The Betts Group, invalidate the participant’s entry into the Competition.
Winners will be picked due to creativity of their answer. All entries will be judged by The Betts Group having regard to the overall quality of the response to the promotion question, including literary composition, creative merit & originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. The decision on the winners will take place at The Betts Group Pty Ltd, 32 Millrose Drive Malaga WA on December 15, 2014 and winners will be notified via the Facebook page. Winner’s names will be published on bettskids.com.au. If Betts Kids is unable to get in contact with the winner, within 72 hours, the prize will be awarded to the next best answer. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that the information they have provided is correct.
6. Prize details:
•Five winners will each receive a prize pack valued at $190.00 each.
7. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
8. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, The Betts Group, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
