Members prize draw for Leeton Soldiers Club ltd (SWIPE'N'WIN)
1. The Members prize draw will be conducted monthly from 13/06/2014-29/05/2015. Monthly draws will be held on the following dates: 25/07/2014, 29/08/2014, 26/09/2014, 31/10/2014, 28/11/2014, 26/12/2014, 30/01/2015, 27/02/2015, 27/03/2015, 24/04/2015, 29/05/2015.
2. The draw will be conducted via a barrel draw with the winning tickets drawn out at random by an allocated staff member.
3. Only Leeton Soldiers Club members are eligible to participate in the promotion. Members must be present to win a prize.
4. One prize will be drawn each month with a total of 12 prizes drawn over the 12 month period. Each individual prize will be between the values of $500-$600.
5. To participate in the promotions members must swipe their membership card via the members terminal to receive a ticket to place in the Members Prize Draw Barrel. The promotion will allow members - 1 swipe per day via the terminal during the defined Trading hours Sunday-Monday: 10am-10pm Tuesday-Thursday: 10am-11pm Friday-Saturday: 10am-12am
6. The promotion will include 1 draw each month, to be conducted on 25/07/2014, 29/08/2014, 26/09/2014, 31/10/2014, 28/11/2014, 26/12/2014, 30/01/2015, 27/02/2015, 27/03/2015, 24/04/2015, and 29/05/2015 at 7pm approximatley. The draw will be conducted via a barrel draw.
7. Members participating in the Draw must be on the premises and produce his/her membership card, on request, for identification. Members will be allowed 4 MINUTES to claim the prize. Re-draws will be conducted until the prize is claimed.
8. Announcements concerning the Leeton Soldiers Club “members prize draw” will be made over the club’s general paging system at the time of the draw,
9. Members participating in the promotion may not transfer the authority to claim a prize to any other person or their Attorney.
10. The promotion is not open to Club Directors, Junior Members and all employees of the club including the catering department or their immediate families (immediate families means husband/wife or defacto only)
11. The management reserves the right to change/alter the promotion by notifying and obtaining approval from the Chief Secretary’s Department and then giving the members 2 weeks’ notice in the form of a notice on the Club Notice Board.
