Over $7000 in Prizes at Mossy’s Fishing Show

Just by attending one of Dave Moss’s Reef Science Fishing and Casting Shows at the 2015 Cairns Home Show and Caravan, Camping and Boating Expo, you could pick up some fabulous prizes from leading brands Shimano, Mako, Gamakatsu, Lowrance and Filmfish.
Mossy will be entertaining the crowds daily at the event at 10am, 12pm and 2pm, and he will be giving away over $7,000.00 in prizes during his shows.
Prizes Include:
2 x $1000 Shimano family packs
3x $500 Shimano handouts
3 x $300 Mako eye ware packs
3 x Mako $100 handouts
3 x Gamakatsu $100 Gama packs
3x Gamakatsu $300 handouts
1 x Lowrance $300 electronics
3 x Lowrance $300 handouts
DAILY PRIZE PACK – TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Australian Events Pty Ltd (ABN 99 074 204 283), often called ‘Australian Events’ is the promoter of this competition and hereafter in the terms and conditions will be referred to as the ‘Promoter’.
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the terms and conditions. By entering this competition you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to them.
The prize is supplied by Shimano, Mako Eyewear, Gamakatsu, Lowrance & Filmfish. There are twenty four prize packs in total which consist of:
2 x $1000 Shimano prize packages
3 x $500 Shimano prize packages
3 x $300 Mako Eyewear prize packages
3 x $100 Mako Eyewear prize packages
3 x $100 Gamakatsu prize packages
3 x $300 Gamakatsu prize packages
3 x $300 Lowrance prize packages
1 x $300 Lowrance electronics prizes
3 x $100 Filmfish prize packages
Prize packages will be given away each day of the event, with the number of prizes split evenly over the three days of the event.
Inclusions in the prize package are determined by Shimano, Mako Eyewear, Gamakatsu, Lowrance & Filmfish only.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash or in any other way.
The winner of the prizes must make arrangements directly with Shimano, Mako Eyewear, Gamakatsu, Lowrance and Filmfish for collection of the prize.
Entry in the prize draws is at the event only. To enter visit the Reef Science Fishing Show, Shimano fishing tank and enter with staff at that display.
Entry to the competition is free. Entries must be via the iPad provided.
Entry details are to be completed in full to be eligible to win.
The competition will close at 3.00pm (Queensland time) on Friday 15th,Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th May 2015.
Employees of the Promoter or Shimano and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
The winners will be drawn at random between 3.00pm and 3:30pm (Queensland time) on Friday 15th, Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th May 2015.The draw will be witnessed by Australian Events staff and invited members of the public in attendance at the event. The winner will be notified by phone.
The Promoter of this competition reserves the right to seek verification of the winner’s identity and other relevant information. The Promoter’s decision is final and correspondence will not be entered into.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and Shimano, Mako Eyewear, Gamakatsu, Lowrance & Filmfish exclude all liability (including negligence), for any loss or damage of any nature arising out of the Promotion, including, without limitation, any variation in the value of the prize, any tax liability incurred by an entrant and any use of the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify or change the competition terms without notice.
The Promoter collects personal information in connection with the Promotion. If you DO NOT advise that you are not willing for your personal details to be used, you are consenting to the Promoter or Shimano, Mako Eyewear, Gamakatsu, Lowrance & Filmfish contacting you at a later date for marketing and promotion purposes.
