• By entering this Trade Promotion Skills Based Competition, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.

• The competition will be open for entries from 06:00pm on 24th Aug 15 and will be closed at 11:59pm on 30th Aug 15. The winner will be selected based upon their answer to the question given in the Gleam entry form and the best qualifying answers will be put to the sponsoring businesses for judging. 'Mums Media Group' on behalf of 'Journey Tree' will have final say on all decisions made.

• This competition is only open to legal Australian residents who are aged 18 years and over and must be able to show proof of age and residency.

• The entrants must also leave a valid contact email or number so they can be contacted if they are chosen to be the winner. This phone number will not be used for any other reason by the sponsor or any of the participating pages.

• Extra actions may be taken but are not compulsory and are obtained by 1. Liking 'Mums Lounge' and their associated fb pages and sponsors pages, 2. sharing the giveaway with others, 3. leaving a comment on Facebook, 4. pinning the giveaway on Pinterest. These additional actions may also recorded and confirmed through Gleam.

• Employees of 'Mum Media Group' ''the promoter'' and their associated businesses and members of their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

• The winner/s will be notified via email by Beaches Kids on behalf of 'Mum Media Group' within 48 hours of the competition closing and will have their full name published on the website www.goaskmum.com.au via the Gleam widget. Once contact has been made with the winner the sponsoring businesses are also entitled to publish the winners name on their business pages.

• 'Mum Media Group' reserves the right to re-draw the winner if the prize is not claimed within a suitable time frame. The winner will have 48 hours from the date they are first contacted to claim their prize, the winner will forfeit their prize if they do not claim it within one week of being contacted and a new winner may be drawn.
