Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes, form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter is RCL Cruises Ltd (ABN 541 50263086) of Level 12, 157 Walker Street, North Sydney NSW 2060.
3. The Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees and affiliations of the Promoter and their immediate families and members of the same household (whether or not related), associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter the Promotion.
4. The Promotion commences at 12pm AEST on Wednesday 23 September 2015 and closes at 11:59PM AEST on Sunday 11 October 2015 (‘Promotion Period’).
5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence, employment status and booking reference) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached these Terms and Conditions tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
6. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
7. Entrants are limited to one (1) per person in accordance with the entry requirements.
8. For the entry to be valid an Entrant agrees to receive email communications from the Promoter and must remain a subscriber to the Promoter's email database for the duration of the promotion

Prize Draw
10. There will be five (5) winners at the end of the Promotion.
11. The Prize winners will be selected by 5pm AEST at Level 12, 157 Walker Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 on Monday 12 October 2015. Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days.
12. Winners’ names will be published on the Promoter’s Facebook Page at
www.facebook.com/RCIAustraliaandNZ on Monday 12 October 2015.
The Prize
13. The Prize is a 2 night sampler cruise for two people in a Balcony stateroom on Legend of the Seas departing Brisbane on 8 December 2015 valued at AU$1458 (based on the brochure price on the lowest Balcony category). There are five (5) Prizes in total. The Prize value details are correct at the time of commencement of the Promotion.
14. The Prize cannot be refunded for cash or transferred. The Prize does not include any other travel or on board costs/expenditure. Including but not limited to beverages, spa, shopping, Casino, travel insurance, shore excursions, speciality dining restaurants or anything else purchased on board including but not limited to passports, visas, vaccinations and other spending money. These costs must be covered by the Prize winners.
15. The Prize winners and their travel companion must travel together. Meals and transfer fees, tips, travel to and from departure point and any other personal expenses and travel insurances must be paid for by the winner and their companion.
16. If for any reason the winner is unable for whatever reason to accept the Prize as stated for the dates indicated, the winner will forfeit the Prize and no compensation will be given in lieu.
17. It is the winner and their travel companion’s personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid travel and health documentation. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the winner and their travel companion. RCL Cruises Ltd makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination.
18. Flights, transfers and pre/post-cruise hotel accommodation are not included.
19. RCL Cruises Ltd reserves the right to modify this cruise offered at any time and replace with an alternative cruise of a similar value.
20. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
21. The prize is valid for two passengers and any additional passengers are subject to the prevailing standard fare for the selected cruise date at the time of making the booking. The value of the cruise fare is based on the lead-in Balcony grade cabin and any upgrades requested will be at the passengers’ own expense (the upgrade cost will be based on pricing available at the time of the upgrade request minus the value of prize). The prize is not transferrable to any other ship, cruise or date than that which is listed above.
