Grant Broadcasters ABN: 75 113 960 606 is the promoter of this competition and hereafter in
the terms and conditions will be referred to as the ‘Promoter'.
1. Information on how to enter and the prize to be won form part of the terms and
conditions. By entering this competition you confirm that you have read and
understood these terms and conditions and agree to them.
2. The prize is supplied by Internal Edge. There is one prize in total which consists of an
outdoor alfresco kitchen. The prize includes: Fully Installed Alfresco kitchen up to 3
m in length with any combination of cupboards and draws with a maximum of 3
draws. Winner will have a choice of 2 colours from the Laminex Alfresco Compact
Range. Internal carcus made from v-lite board. Prize is inclusive of Oliveri –
DIAZ111 Top Mount Bowl sink and Oliveri – Single lever mixer tap ware. 3D design
and Style advice also included. Prize EXCLUDES Plumbing, Electrical and
Appliances. The prize is fully installed and commissioned free of charge within a
50km radius of Mackay, Queensland central business district. Travel fees occur on all
locations outside of this radius. The prize is to the value of $6,000.
3. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or in any
other way.

6. Entry coupons are to be completed in full to be eligible to win. The competition will
close at 8.30am sharp (Queensland time) on FRIDAY 23rd October 2015.
7. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age. Employees of the Promoter, Internal Edge,
Grant Broadcasters, Redhotblue and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
8. The winning coupon(s) will be drawn at random between 7:00am and 9:00am
(Queensland time) on FRIDAY 23rd October on air at the Grant Broadcasters office.
The draw will be witnessed by a representative of Grant Broadcasters. The winner
will be notified by phone live on air.
9. The Promoter of this competition reserves the right to seek verification of the
winner’s age and identity and other relevant information. The Promoter’s decision is
final and correspondence will not be entered into.
10. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter, Redhotblue and
Internal Edge exclude all liability (including negligence), for any loss or damage of
any nature arising out of the Promotion, including, without limitation, any variation in
the value of the prize, any tax liability incurred by an entrant and any use of the prize.
