Terms and Conditions:
1.For the purposes of these Competition Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the following meanings: •"Major Prize" means the major prize described in paragraph 11.
•"Mandatory Information" means the information that must be provided by you in order to be eligible for the Competition, as detailed in paragraph 6 below.
•"Participating Retailers" mean the participating retailers providing vouchers for the Competition, as described further in paragraph 11 below, and who are selected at the discretion of the Promoter.
•"Promoter" means South Bank Corporation ABN 95 927 817 538, Ground Floor, South Bank House, Stanley Street Plaza, South Brisbane Qld 4101.
Competition Dates
2.The Competition closes at 10:00am on 23 December 2015 and will be drawn at 12:00pm 23 December 2015. The Promoter must receive all entries by 10:00am (AEST) on 23 December 20155. Late entries will not be accepted.
Who Can Enter
3.Entry is open to all Queensland residents over 18 years of age. Entry must be by an individual, not a company or other organisation.
4.Directors, management and employees of the Promoter and any agencies, firms and/or companies associated with the Competition (including suppliers of the prizes) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How To Enter
5.To be eligible to enter the Competition, you must subscribe to receive eat South Bank and The Jetty. Acceptance of the terms and conditions will subscribe you to these lists, you can unsubscribe at any time after this..
6.For an entry to be valid, it must complete these required fields – your first and last name, email address, postcode, daytime telephone number, and your three (3) favourite South Bank retailers. ("Mandatory Information"). If you do not supply all of the Mandatory Information, your entry will be deemed invalid.
7.You may only enter the Competition once.
Selection of the Winner
10.All valid entries will go into a draw. The Promoter will draw the Winner randomly on December 24th 2015 by 5.00pm (AEST). The Winner will be contacted via phone and email. If the Winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days of being contacted by the Promoter, their entry will be deemed invalid and another entry will be drawn.
Major Prize
11.There is one (1) Major Prize. The Major Prize is 4 tickets to the Jetty’s ‘French Riviera NYE Party’ on Thursday December 31st, ( to the value of $680), inclusive GST. The winner will not get to decide which restaurant the prize is redeemable at.
12.All prizes are valid / to be redeemed on December 31st 2015. The Winner will be able to collect their prize from the South Bank Visitor Information Centre.
13.The prize is transferrable however the new winner must confirm their attendance by close of business 23 December 2015.
