Entry Restrictions
Entrants and their companion must be at least 15 years of age and if
under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18
years of age or over while taking the prize.
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion to provide proof
of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their
companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be
ineligible for the prize.
Entrants and their companion must be able to attend Georgy Girl: The
Seekers Musical at Her Majesty’s Theatre, Melbourne, VIC between the
following dates:
Monday 21 December, 2015 – Sunday 21 February, 2016
Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control
and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any
date or schedule changes.
Entrants (or their parent/legal guardian, where the entrant is under 18
years of age) must be able to collect the prize from the Promoter’s
premises, as specified by the Promoter.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any
promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to
their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
Promotion Period
The promotion begins at 4pm (AEDT) on Tuesday December 15, 2015.
Entries into the promotion close at 11.59pm (AEDT) on Tuesday
December 22, 2015.

Entry Method
During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and complete the online entry form in the manner required, including by providing their full name, mobile telephone number, current and valid email address, age and answering in 25 words or less the question “Who is a great Melbournian in your life or a Melbournian that you admire?”
Each valid entry received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) in accordance with the Judging details below. The Judges will select the one (1) entry they deem to be the “best” (based on the Judging Criteria) from all valid entries received within the Promotion Period and award those entrants a prize.
Entrants will also be asked at the time of entry if they would like to receive further information from AKA Entertainment, and if an entrant selects “yes” (via opt in tick box) when completing the online entry form their contact details will be passed on to AKA Entertainment (including for the purposes of direct marketing). Entrants may at any time unsubscribe from communications from AKA Entertainment by following the unsubscribe procedure contained in AKA Entertainment communications sent to subscribers.
Maximum Number of Entries
One (1) entry per person, per day during the Promotion Period.
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants may only win one prize each.
Judging
All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter by Tuesday December 22, 2015 at the Promoter’s premises to determine one (1) winner. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria. The winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners information set out below.
Judging Criteria
Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on originality, creativity and accuracy in answering the 25 words or less question.
Prize Details
Prize:
There is one (1) prize to be won, as follows:
a) One (1) A reserve double pass to see Georgy Girl: The Seekers Musical at Her Majesty’s Theatre; valued at $200 (Incl GST)
b) One night stay, twin share accommodation at the Sofitel in Melbourne CBD; valued at $600 (incl GST)
c) Transfers to and from the hotel to the musical; valued at $200 (incl GST)
d) Dinner for two at Spaghetti Tree restaurant; valued at $100 (incl GST)
Tickets are valid for the date or period as indicated on the tickets. Tickets are subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider of the tickets.
Prize winner and companion must take the hotel stay and dinner together.
I.D to enter the venue is required. The venue reserves the right to refuse any person entry into the venue, including, but not limited to, those who appear drunk or intoxicated.
Dress standards apply (at the discretion of the venue).

Prize Claim Date and Time
Prize must be claimed by 5pm (AEDT) on Tuesday February 9, 2015.
Prize Delivery
The prize/s will be available for collection by the winner from the Promoter’s premises (or by the winner’s parent/guardian if the winner is under 18 years of age). The Promoter will contact the winner when their prize is ready for collection.
