To enter the competition, fill in your details along with your Repco purchase receipt number located on your store receipt or tax invoice as received with your purchase at Repco during February. Note that the receipt number is a 10 digit number.
All entrants must retain a copy of their original receipt or tax invoice to verify the winner.

RAA “Win a $500 Repco gift voucher competition”
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The promoter of this competition “Win a $500 Repco voucher” is the Royal
Automobile Association of SA Inc. 101 Richmond Road, Mile End, SA, 5031.
ABN 90 020 001 807.
2. This Competition commences on 10 February 2016 and ends at 12 midnight
on Monday 29th February 2016.
3. The sections on How to Enter, Draw and Winner Notification, Prizes and
Miscellaneous Provisions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
4. This Competition is only open to individuals who:
a. are South Australian residents;
b. make a (“valid retail purchase”) via cash or credit/debit card at
participating REPCO Stores.
c. Trade card or Trade account purchases are excluded.
d. are aged 16 years or older;
e. are not employees of the Promoter, or any of their agencies
associated with this Competition;
f. (are not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether
natural or by adoption) of such an employee; and
g. have not been discovered to have breached these Terms and
Conditions.
5. Entry into this Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions. The Promoter’s decision not to enforce a specific restriction does
not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of these Terms and Conditions
generally.
6. Each entrant acknowledges that the Promoter can rely on these Terms and
Conditions even if the Promoter only learns of an entrant’s ineligibility to enter
after the Promoter has awarded a Prize to the ineligible entrant. Return of a
Prize or payment of its equivalent value to the Promoter can be required by
the Promoter if this occurs.
HOW TO ENTER:
7. To enter, entrants must during the Promotion Period:
a. make a valid retail purchase from a participating South Australian
Recpo store.
b. Receive an receipt / invoice for each a qualifying retail purchase
c. visit
www.raa.com.au/competitions (the “Website”) and fully complete
the online entry form, including details of product purchase,
corresponding Repco retail invoice number and completing the
requested personal details upon the online entry form so that it is
received during the Promotional Period.
8. To verify each entry entrants must retain:
a. The original purchase receipt/ tax invoice(s).
9. The Promoter may require entrants to provide these and/or information
regarding the circumstances of Product purchases to the Promoter or its
agent as part of the entry verification process. Failure to provide these to the
Promoter’s satisfaction will result in an invalid entry (and, at the Promoter’s
discretion, in all of the entrant’s entries being invalid).
10. Entries may only be submitted online and in the correct form as described on
the promotional website and will not be accepted by the Promoter in any
other form
11. Multiple entries are allowed, however, every entry must be a separate online
entry and be one entry per receipt / invoice. If an entrant is unable to provide
proof of purchase for all entries made, then all the entries of that entrant will
be deemed invalid. Sharing receipt / invoice numbers is not allowed. If the
Promoter reasonably believes that an entry has been made on this basis, the
Promoter will invalidate all entries affected.
DRAW AND WINNER NOTIFICATION
12. The major prize draw will take place 12 noon AEST 8th March 2016 at RAA,
101 Richmond Road, Mile End, SA, 5031.
13. The first two (2) valid entries drawn will win a $500 Repco Gift Card.
14. The winner will be notified by telephone and email within two business days
of the date of the draw, and their name will be published on the website:
www.raa.com.au/competitions for a period of 12 days.
15. Any prize that remains unclaimed for a period of 3 months will be forfeited by
that winner and will be redrawn at 12 noon AEST 8th May 2016 at RAA
(Insert Address).
16. Any winner drawn as part of an unclaimed prize draw will have their name
published on the website:
www.raa.com.au/competitions for a period of 12
days.
17. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or
voice in the event they are the winner (including photograph, film and/or
recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without
remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any
outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or
supplied by the Promoter.
PRIZES
18. The prize is 1 of two (2) Repco Gift Cards each valued up to $500AUD incl.
GST.
19. Total prize pool value up to $1000AUD incl. GST
20. If for any reason any elements of the specified prizes are unavailable, the
Promoter reserves the right to replace it with a prize of the same or higher
value and of similar specification.
21. Prizes are not transferable, saleable or exchangeable and cannot be taken or
redeemed as cash or equivalent.
22. The Promoter makes no warranties, representations or guarantees, express
or implied, in fact or in law, in relation to this Competition or the
merchantability, quality or fitness for a particular purpose regarding any prize
or any component of any prize.
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
23. All entries must be submitted by a person and any automated entries,
fraudulent entries or entries by persons using an alias shall be invalid.
24. If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned,
including without limitation due to, infection by computer virus, bugs,
tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other
causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this
Competition or the reputation of this Competition or that of the Promoter, the
Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual
who tampers with the entry process, or to cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend this Competition, subject to regulatory approval, if required.
25. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries
and entrants (including their eligibility to enter) and to disqualify any entrant
whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who
otherwise tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce
any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
26. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. If there
is a dispute as to the identity or details of an entrant, the Promoter reserves
the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity or details of the
entrant.
27. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter
(including their officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including
negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of
opportunity, loss of business or loss of goodwill or loss of profits); whether
direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this
Competition, including without limitation, where arising out of the following:
a. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not
under the Promoter’s control);
b. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c. any entry or prize claim that is cancelled, delayed, interrupted,
diverted, late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not
after their receipt by the Promoter or otherwise);
d. any variation in prize value or specification to that stated or referred to
in these Terms and Conditions;
e. any tax liability or similar charge incurred by a Winner or the entrant;
or
f. the use or attempted use of a prize by a Winner or any other third
party.
28. The laws of Australia apply to this Competition to the exclusion of any other
law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
29. The Promoter’s decisions in relation to this Competition are final and no
correspondence or communication will be entered into in relation any aspect
of this Competition.
30. Entrant personal information ("PI") will be collected to enable the Promoter to
administer and promote this Competition. The PI of entrants will be provided
to the Promoter’s staff, contractors and third parties assisting in the
administration and fulfilment of the Competition, including prize suppliers and
deliverers. If an entrant opts-in to receive information from the Promoter, the
Promoter will use that entrant’s information for that purpose. Entrants may
contact the Promoter’s \ to request access to or correction of any of their
collected PI that is still held by the Promoter. Entrants may also make any
complaints to the Promoter at the above address. If an entrant does not
truthfully provide all requested PI, the Promoter may determine that they are
not eligible to win a prize.
