Specific Terms And Conditions For: Supersaver Draw - Womadelaide Experience 2016 Competition:
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A person who enters the Competition will be bound by these terms and conditions as well as the General Terms and Conditions for Stratco Competitions. Please read these terms and conditions as well as the General Terms and Conditions for Stratco Competitions carefully.
To the extent of any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail over the General Terms and Conditions for Stratco Competitions.
Competition Period
The Competition will open at 9.00am (ACST) on the 4th day of March 2016 and close at 4:30pm (ACST) on March 9, 2016 (Competition Period).
Entries
Entry into the Competition is free.
Entrants must be over 18 years old, be Australian residents and be a South Australian Stratco Super Saver Member
To enter the Competition, Entrants must enter the relevant details into the Competition entry form on the Stratco website (
www.Stratco.com.au)
Entrants must follow the prompts and complete all information required when completing their entry.
Entrants may only submit one entry per month for the Competition
People wanting to enter the Competition who are not currently South Australian Supersaver Members are able to sign up as a member in-store and then enter the draw.
Prizes
1 only 4 day Double Pass to WOMADelaide 2016 valid for Friday March 11 to Monday March 14, 2016 inclusive (approximately value $716)
4 only Double Pass entries to WOMADelaide 2016 valid for Saturday March 12, 2016 only (approximate value $376 each)
4 only Double Pass entries to WOMADelaide 2016 valid for Sunday March 13, 2016 only (approximate value $376 each)
4 only Double Pass entries to WOMADelaide 2016 valid for Monday March 14, 2016 only (approximate value $276 each)
Results of the draw will be published at Stratco Gepps Cross Home Improvement Store on the 11th of March 2016.
Determining winners
The winners will be determined by a prize draw.
The prize draw will be conducted at Stratco Pty Ltd, 125 Cavan Road Gepps Cross SA 5094 at 9:00am (ACST) on March 10, 2016.
The prizes will be drawn in the following order:
1. 4 day Double Pass
2. Double Pass entry – Saturday (4 winners)
3. Double Pass entry – Sunday (4 winners)
4. Double Pass entry – Monday (4 winners)
The winner will be notified via e-mail after 10:30am (ACST) on the day of the prize draw. It is the responsibility of entrants to check their e-mail and to contact Stratco to claim their prize.
If the e-mail address of a winner is invalid a new winner will be redrawn.
Prize Collection
Prize winners will be required to visit Stratco’s Gepps Cross Home Improvement store, during normal business hours. (59 Pt. Wakefield Road Gepps Cross)
In the event that a prize is not accepted or claimed by the close of business, 4:30pm (ACST), on Friday March 11 the relevant prize winner’s entry will be deemed invalid.
In the event that a prize is not claimed or accepted Stratco will determine if another draw is to occur, the tickets are to be given to a person(s) of Stratco’s choosing or if they are to be disposed of by some other means.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be construed according to and governed by the law of South Australia, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in and of South Australia in relation to any dispute arising under these terms and conditions.
Definitions
In these terms and conditions unless the context otherwise requires:
ACST means Australian Central Standard Time
Competition means the Stratco Super Saver – WOMADelaide Experience 2016 Competition promoted by Stratco on the Stratco Website, Social Media, Electronic Direct Mail, In-store and via Flyers.
Competition Period means the Competition Periods as set out in these terms and conditions
Entrant means an entrant in a Competition and who is eligible to enter that Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions for Stratco Competitions means the general terms and conditions of entry into Stratco competitions generally published by Stratco on the Stratco Website from time to time.
Prize means in respect of a Competition, the prize, award or other benefit to be awarded to the winner of the Competition as set out in the Specific Terms and Conditions for the Competition
Specific Terms and Conditions means the prizes as set out in these terms and conditions
Stratco means Stratco Holdings Pty Ltd ACN 007 893 781 and its related bodies corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001) Website means the website at
