Scubapic and Zoggs have teamed up to offer Scubapic's customers the chance to be Zoggy or Miss Zoggy 2016!
The Promotion
Scubapic's customers wearing an item of Zoggs swimwear and/or goggles are able to enter their photo into the Scubapic & Zoggs promotion to be Zoggy or Miss Zoggy for the month and win a Zoggs pack valued at $50.
To enter, photos must be uploaded to Scubapic's Facebook page with #zoggycomp, #scubapic, #zoggs and both Scubapic and Zoggs Australia tagged. It's then over to you to share your photo with all your friends and family and try to get as many Facebook likes for it as possible. The monthly prize will be given to the photo with the most Facebook likes at the end of each month!
There will also be an overall winner which will be announced in December 2016 and will be determined by both Zoggs and Scubapic. The overall winner will receive a Zoggs pack valued at $100 and a private 1 hour underwater photoshoot with Scubapic.

The competition is open to residents of Australia.
There is no entry fee to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
All photos submitted must be taken by Scubapic.
One entry per child.
All entrants must be wearing a Zoggs product in the submitted photo.
All photo entries will need to be posted on Scubapic Facebook page with #zoggscomp #scubapic and Scubapic & Zoggs Australia tagged.
Monthly prizes running from February 2016 – November 30th 2016 will be determined by the number of Facebook likes
The final overall winner will be chosen by Zoggs Australia and Scubapic.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is as follows:
1 x Zoggs pack $50 RRP is drawn monthly from February to November 2016.
Final prize is a Zoggs pack worth $100 RRP and a Scubapic photo shoot worth $199.
The prize of the photo shoot will be a one hour shoot, max of 4 people, winner will received 10 digitally professionally finished images.
Scubapic is based out of Brisbane and the shoots are to take place at agreed locations in Brisbane.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen:
Monthly winners will be chosen as a result of by the number of Facebook likes via Facebook as measured and recorded and verified by Promoter.
The final prize will be chosen by Scubapic and Zoggs Australia Pty Ltd.
The winner will be notified by email on Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/delivered.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
