1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents of the Greater Geelong, Werribee, Bellarine and Surf Coast and Greater
Melbourne regions only, and entry is deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance of Conditions of
Entry.
3. K rock (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd), Villawood Properties employees and their immediate families
and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.

The Promotion commences at 6am AEST on Monday 4
th September 2017 and closes at 9am AEST
Friday 15th September 2017 (‘Promotion Period’)The Prize:
- 2 x Geelong Cats Team Photo experience. There will be 2 x Prize winners. Each winner will win a spot in
the 2018 Geelong Cats Team Photo.
Prize Terms:
- The team photo will take place in 2018 and details will be confirmed by the Geelong Cats.
- The team photo will take place on a time and date supplied by the Geelong Cats, the winner
needs to be available to attend this date.
- If the winner cannot attend this date, they will forfeit the prize.
- The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- The prize cannot be allocated to other persons.
The Competition:
1. During the Promotion Period competitors can enter by #KROCKSNAPCAT on Instagram and
tagging @krockgeelong @villawoodproperties.
2. Those who are tagging must have a public Instagram profile in order to be in the draw,
otherwise your photo’s will not be visible to the promoters.
3. On Thursday 14th September at approx. 4.30pm AEST five lucky entrants will be shortlisted and
contacted via Instagram direct messenger.
4. On Friday 15th September at approx. 8.20am AEST the two major winners will be announced on
K rock 95.5FM.
5. K rock will direct message the winners of K rock’s Snapcat competition and request they get in
contact via 5223 1955.
6. The winners will have 30 days to get in contact with K rock to redeem their prize.
7. If the winners do not redeem their prize after 30 days, a redraw will take place on Monday 16th
October at approx. 4.30pm AEST.

5. K rock (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
6. All registrations must be over the age of 18 years old.
7. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
8. No alternative prizes will be offered.
9. All information collected will be kept for administrative purposes only.
12. K rock (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) reserves the right to request winners provide proof of identity
and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for
verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
13. The use of false name, address or date of birth i.e. name by which the entrant is not usually known
will disqualify them from receiving the prize.
14. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and any of
their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim,
injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant in connection with the
Promotion, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the
negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
15. K rock (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) reserves the right to refuse the allocation of a minor or major
prize should an individual prize winner have won any prizes more than once within the following
periods:
a) A person who within the 30 days prior to the day on which the Geelong Broadcasters
Competition was first announced (Monday 4
th September 2017) has won a prize in a Grant
Broadcasters Competition conducted earlier in time the value of which is greater than or equal
to $100;
b) A person who within the 90 days prior to the day on which the Geelong Broadcasters
Competition was first announced has won a prize in a Geelong Broadcasters Competition
conducted earlier in time the value of which is greater than or equal to $500;
c) A person who within the 12 months prior to the day on which Geelong Broadcasters
Competition was first announced has won a prize in a Geelong Broadcasters Competition
conducted earlier in time the value of which is greater than or equal to $1,000;
d) These people will be notified should the attempt to enter the competition.
16. If an individual prize winner has won more than once in the above periods it is classed as a breach of
the rules and the prize will not be awarded.

17. K rock (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) has the right to ban competition winners from entering other
K Rock (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) competitions that they deem have broken the rules of the general
prize giveaways for a period of 12 months or longer. The winner will be advised of this in writing after
the entrant has been disqualified.
18. K rock (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) reserves the right to revoke a prize if deemed necessary.
19. Notwithstanding any other condition of these specific competition rules, K rock (Geelong
Broadcasters Pty Ltd) reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time and for any reason
whatsoever.
