3. By entering EIGHT/The Gourmand & Gourmet competitions, entrants accept the
above-stated Terms & Conditions of Entry.
4. Entry to EIGHT/The Gourmand & Gourmet competitions are open to all Australian
residents; excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its
related companies.
5. Entry in the Win a VIP Experience at EIGHT competition will close on 30 September
2017.
6. Prize winners of EIGHT/The Gourmand & Gourmet. competitions are selected at
random on the specified competition judging date. Winners are contacted by email
within 5 business days of selection and may be announced in electronic direct mail,
social media channels and/or the EIGHT/The Gourmand & Gourmet. website.
7. Entrants must be of legal drinking age for valid entry (18 years old). Any underage
entrants will be disqualified.
8. The judges’ decision is final and binding. As such, no correspondence will be entered
into.
9. Unless expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
10. If any prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to
substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
11. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take
the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the
prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
12. All prize winners agree to the use of their name for publicity and competition
purposes, without compensation.
13. The prize is valid for 2 months and must be redeemed before 30 November 2017.
14. VIP Experience must be pre-booked at least 7 days prior to the preferred date of
use.
15. Win a VIP Experience is valid for the winner and up to 10 guests (minimum of 8
guests must attend).
16. Responsible service of alcohol applies at all times and management decision is final.
17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal
injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability
which cannot be excluded by law.
18. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, credit or product and no exchanges are offered.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize (or
part thereof).
19. By entering your personal details into the competition, you are agreeing to receive
