Terms and Conditions
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and older.
2.2 Employees of Australian Tourist Park Management (ATPM) and associated park and resort managers, park employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Employees of all divisions of Dubbo City Holiday Park and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step- brother, step-sister or first cousin.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences at 12.01am on 1st November 2016 (ADST) and concludes at 11.59pm on 31 October 2017 (‘the competition period’).
3.2 To enter the competition, entrants must complete a departure survey after staying at Dubbo City Holiday Park. Only one entry per booking is permitted.
4. PRIZES
4.1 One prize will be awarded each month during the competition period. The draw will take place on the first business day of each month for 12 months from 1 December 2016; the last draw will take place on 1 November 2017. The winner will be notified by via email or telephone within 7 days after the competition has been drawn.
4.2 For any unclaimed prizes, a redraw will take place 3 months after the draw took place for the unclaimed prize at ATPM Head Office, they will be contacted via email or telephone. If the winner does not respond to email/s or phone call/s and claim the prize within the stipulated timeframe, the prize will be redrawn.
4.3 The prize on offer each month during the competition period is a $100 Visa Gift Card. This gift card will be pre-paid with $100. The card is subject to Visa’s terms and conditions.
4.4 If for any reason the winner does not use the prize before its expiry, the prize will not be redeemable for cash and will be forfeited.
4.5 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
4.6 By entering the draw, entrants give ATPM permission to announce the winner (including their first name and suburb) on the Dubbo City Holiday Park Facebook Page.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 Entrants who have successfully entered the competition over the competition period by registering all details in accordance with clause 3 will be entered into the prize draw. The draw will take place at the office of Australian Tourist Park Management, Suite L218A, Level 2 The Strand at Coolangatta 72-80, Marine Parade, Coolangatta QLD 4225 each month on the first business day of the month from 1 December 2016 until 1 November 2017.
5.2 The draw will be a computerised draw using the Random Number Generator and will take place at ATPM Head Office.
5.3 The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 The promoter cannot cancel or postpone the competition without the written authority of the regulatory authority
6.2 ATPM and associated holiday parks and resorts take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 ATPM and associated holiday parks and resorts will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
