REFRIGIWEAR CONTEST RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. By submitting a response to RefrigiWear’s Survey and Prize Drawing (hereafter referred to as Sweepstakes), participant fully agrees to these Official Rules. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is solely offered electronically via Facebook. Void where prohibited. All federal, national, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
How to Enter: Sweepstakes is entered by completing the form on Facebook. All survey responses become the property of RefrigiWear. Note: Survey completion is necessary to enter the drawing. By completing the survey in its entirety, including name and contact information, you will be entered and added to our exclusive email newsletter list. The sweepstakes will be open until October 27th, 2017 .
Selection of Winner: The winner of the Jacket & Gloves Contest will be chosen at random. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning are dependent on number of final entrants. Winner will be notified by email within 30 days of the drawing and must claim their prize by email within 10 days of that notification by following the instructions in the email. Prize will be mailed within 30 days of prizewinner’s claim. RefrigiWear is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible for any reason, or fails to claim a prize within 10 days of notification, prize may awarded to another randomly selected winner. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account.
Condition: By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of RefrigiWear, which shall be final. RefrigiWear agents and representatives of RefrigiWear, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of RefrigiWear that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. RefrigiWear reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. All participants will be subject to verification.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release and hold RefrigiWear and the employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives of RefrigiWear, its advertising, promotion, market research, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes.
