1. The following rules apply for participation in the Katies 2018 ‘Win Fresh Flowers For A Year’ competition, promoted in Katies Australia stores, the Katies website, Katies emails and Katies social media channels. Katies is a registered brand owned by Specialty Fashion Group Limited.
2.By participation in the competition, you agree to these rules.
3.Entry is open to anyone 18 years and over that is a Katies Rewards card holder, who is an Australian resident. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4.To enter, the Katies Rewards card holder must spend $40.00 or more in one transaction either in store and swipe their membership card, or online and enter their membership details between Monday 00:01AM (AEST) 9th April 2018 and Sunday 11:59PM (AEST) 13th May 2018 (the promotional period). $40 spend threshold to enter is not valid in conjunction with the use of any promotional vouchers or coupons. Eligible entrants will be automatically entered in the competition to win.
5.There is no restriction on the number of times a Rewards card holder will be entered into the prize draw. Each time the Katies Rewards card member shops and spends $40.00 and swipes their card in store or enters their membership details online, they will be entered into the prize draw.
6.There will be only one winner and the winner will be drawn by random selection at 16:00PM (AEST) on Thursday 17th May 2018 at Katies head office, 151-163 Wyndham Street Alexandria, NSW 2015. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact details available as part of their Katies Rewards membership by no later than 17:00PM (AEST) Friday 25th May 2018. 7.If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days from the date the winner is announced, the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be randomly selected at 16:00PM (AEST) on 21st June 2018 at Katies head office, 151-163 Wyndham Street, Alexandria NSW 2015. The new winner will be notified by telephone and/or email by no later than 17:00PM (AEST) on 28th June 2018. The new winner will be posted on

8.Prize: There will be 1 winner, who will 24 fortnightly deliveries of flowers to the value of $1,680 (including GST) from Petals Network. The prize must be awarded in the name of the winner and will be delivered to an address of the winner’s choosing. The prize can only be delivered to metro or regional postcodes (not remote or rural postcodes nor to the territorial islands of Australia). A list of delivery areas can be found at
https://www.petals.com.au/delivery-info.asp. Any additional costs associated with receiving or redeeming the prize are not included and are the responsibility of the winner. In the event the winner is not in the possible delivery postcodes, a Katies gift voucher to the total of $1,680 will be provided. The total prize pool is $1,680.
9.The prize is described in these rules. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. Any further costs and expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
10.The flowers must be delivered within 12 months of contacting the winner and all necessary booking and organisational arrangements must be must be undertaken by the winner directly with the flower provider.
11.Katies reserves the right to vary these rules at any time, or to withdraw the Competition altogether for reasons beyond their control.
12.Katies decision is final in connection with all matters arising from this competition and no correspondence will be entered into. Katies accepts no responsibility, liability or any consequences whatsoever for participating in this Competition or the prize offered in relation to the Competition.
13.Katies reserves the right to seek and issue publicity on behalf of the winner. By entering the Competition and accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in publicity as reasonably requested surrounding the Competition.
