11. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
12. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
13. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Draw & The Prizes
14. The draw will take place on Monday 8th July 2019 at 12pm at the Promoter’s office, Level 31, 1 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
15. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Within two (2) business days of the draw, the winner/s will be notified in writing via email with instructions on how to claim their prize.
17. Winner/s name/s will be published online at Rimmel London’s Instagram page from Tuesday 9th July 2019 and on the Promoter’s Facebook/Twitter/Instagram account/Page.
18. The first 1 valid entry/entries randomly selected, from all valid entries received, will win the prize of 2 X General Admission Tickets to Splendour in the Grass Festival, 2 X Camping Tickets for the festival and 1 X Car Park Ticket valued at AUD$1,200.00
General
19. The Splendour in the Grass 2019 General Admission ticket prizes are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organizers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner (and/or any companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize. The winner (and any companion) will be responsible for their own transport to and from the event venue and any costs associated.
20. Winners are responsible for all additional costs associated with attending the experience, including but not limited to travel to and from the location of the experience.
21. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a/the winner does not take or claim a/the prize (or an element of a/the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
22. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

24. Prize/s, or any unused portion of a prize, are/is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
