Cockburn Gateway Father’s Day Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Cockburn Father’s Day Giveaway which has
been issued by Perron Investments Pty Ltd (ABN 48 000 003 976), 4 Plain Street, East
Perth WA 6004.
2. The competition is open to entrants of all ages residing in Western Australia.
3. The prize pool is made up of one Davilia pack worth over $496 containing the following
items:
• A year’s worth of haircuts (12 x Davilia style cut vouchers)
• 6 x MenU products (a year’s worth)
o Matt ‘Skin Refresh’ Gel
o Men-U Clay Medium Hold x 2
o Facial Moisturiser Lift
o Shave Crème
o Healthy Facial Wash
4. The promotion starts at 9am on Friday 21st August 2020 and concludes at midnight on
Thursday 3
rd September 2020.
5. The winners will be notified on Facebook and Instagram on Friday 4
th September 2020
by 5pm WST.
6. Prior to entering the competition, it is assumed that all entrants have an
understanding of terms and conditions.
7. Entrants must follow @cockburngateway on Instagram or Facebook, and tag a friend in
the competition post along with why they would like to win the Davilia pack valued at
$496 to go in the draw to win.
8. Qualifying entries from both Instagram and Facebook will be combined and one winner
will be chosen at random.
8. The prize can only be taken as supplied and cannot be exchanged or modified.
9. The winning individual must adhere to the terms and conditions and sign a form
agreeing to the these and receipt of prize in order to collect the prize.
10. In the instance the winner falls below the age of 18, the prize must be signed and
collected by a parent or guardian.
11. Personal details will be used for reference purposes only and will not be kept, stored or
given to a third party.
12. Cockburn Gateway Shopping City retailers, management, their staff, associated
agencies and their immediate families are ineligible to participate in the promotional
giveaway.
13. The winner releases from, and indemnifies Cockburn Gateway Shopping City, Perron
Investments Pty Ltd and JLL against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of
acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the promotional giveaway including
(but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether
direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or
otherwise.
14. Cockburn Gateway Shopping City may, subject to State regulations,
terminate this promotion at any time at its absolute discretion without
liability to any contestant or other person.
15. The centre’s decision will be final and no discussions or correspondence
