2. No Purchase Necessary - there is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.

3. Giveaway participants must have an Email, Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram account to be eligible for the prize.

4. This giveaway is for a copy of It's a Wonderful World. Open worldwide and participants must be of legal age. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, affiliated, or administered by Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or the respective game publishers.

6. Closing date for entry will be 2020-10-01 (October 1, 2020) 11:59:59PM PST

7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or regulation or any other event outside the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible with by the promoter.

9. Winners will be chosen at random by the software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter beforehand. Special entries (e.g. community entries) will be verified and validated manually.  

10. Winner(s) will be selected on October 2, 2020 via a random drawing from among all eligible entries and will be contacted by email. The winner(s) must contact the promoter within 48 hours of notification. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable will result in forfeiture at which point a new winner will be selected. The verified winner will be announced on this page.

11. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected or delivered. To be eligible for the prize, the winner MUST provide correct delivery details for the board game to be delivered.


12. By entering this contest the entrant agrees to being added to the promoter's newsletter mailing list which can be opted out of at any time. This mailing list is used to notify you of new giveaways and other updates.


13. The winner agrees to use of his/her name or image in the entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in according to data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
