How to win
Taking place from October 1, all Burwood Chinatown shops will be handing out free scratch cards with purchases over $10 or $20*, simply scratch and there’s a 1 in 3 chance you will win a prize! Prizes include a total of 5 Nintendo Switches and 2500 $5 off voucher to spend at participating stores including Chatime, Fujimi Dorayaki, HeetTea, King Tea, Machi Machi, Milk Flower, Sexy Tea, The Burwood Hotel, The Moo.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

The promoter of the “Burwood Chinatown Scratch To Win” (Promotion) is Blairgrove Pty Ltd (ABN 31 003 914 305) of 121 Burwood Road, Burwood NSW 2134 (Promoter).
The Promotion commences at 7am (AEST) on 1 October 2020 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on 31 December 2020 or until stocks last.
Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these official terms and conditions of entry (Terms and Conditions). To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

ELIGIBILITY

Entry into the Promotion is only open to Australian citizens and permanent residents (“Australian Residents”) aged 18 years and older as at the time of entry who remain Australian Residents for the duration of the Promotional Period (“Entrants”), unless you are an employee, tenant, agent, representative, officer or director of Burwood Chinatown.
ELIGIBLE STORES AND MINIMUM SPEND

In this Promotion, each of the stores listed in Column 1 of the table below (“Eligible Stores Table”) have a minimum spend requirement to enter the promotion. Each store will either have a $10 or $20 minimum spend. List of minimum spend requirement for each store is listed in the table below.

SCRATCHIES

Scratchies will be randomly distributed by the Promoter to participating shops and restaurants based on reasonably anticipated demand. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Scratchies being unavailable at any given store during the Purchase Period.
Only one Scratchie can be used per order. Scratchie cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
SCRATCHIES CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED

A Scratchie cannot be transferred by the Entrant who purchased a Product, to any other person, whether by gift, sale, trade, barter, auction or otherwise by ‘transferring to another’, or used for any other purpose.
HOW TO PLAY

To play, an Entrant must, during the Purchase Period:
Purchase any one (1) or more Products up to the minimum spend requirement for that participating Burwood Chinatown store and receive 1 scratchie ticket per transaction.

HOW TO WIN AN “INSTANT WIN PRIZE”

If the Promotional Message revealed on the Entrant’s scratchie Ticket is one of the “Winning Messages” in the table below (the “Instant Win Prize Table”), the Ticket is a “Winning Instant Win Ticket”. The Winning Instant Win Ticket entitles the Entrant to claim the prize listed on the ticket.See table below for prizes to be won.


HOW TO CLAIM A GRAND PRIZE

The scratchies which reveal a Nintendo switch console, must collect the prize from The Burwood Hotel during business hours Mon- Fri (10am-5pm)
