PRICING
All prices listed on this website (www.chainofponds.com.au) are subject to change at anytime. All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST).

DELIVERY
Orders will be processed within 48 business hours and sent via Australia Post’s standard delivery service or contract courier (the price is included in the order and varies depending on destination). Once dispatched, delivery times are at Australia Post or contact courier’s discretion and may vary between 3 and 10 business days. Australia Post or contract courier will deliver to requested address, or leave a card for collection at your local post office or with depot contact details and instructions to arrange redelivery. The goods taken back to the depot until the customer contacts arranging redelivery. It is required a person of 18 years of age or older to be present to sign for the delivery. Applicable to South Australia: If the person appears to be under 25, a mandatory proof of age check will be performed and the driver must sight and record appropriate identity documentation to confirm the individual is 18 years of age or over. Where the person cannot produce identification to confirm they are over 18, the article will be taken to the local Post Office or depot for pick up. If person requests ‘Safe Drop’- permission to deliver order without signature, it is mandatory that ‘Authority to Leave (Safe Drop)’ option is specifically requested at checkout. If you would like to arrange express delivery, please contact Chain of Ponds Wines directly (extra charges will apply). We do not currently offer international purchases and shipping.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Chain of Ponds Wines Pty Ltd will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or believed flawed. We ask that the customer contact us to discuss the issue and make arrangements for replacements. We are unable to replace or refund wine that is ordered in error, and not amended within 24 hours of placing order (see below). Please send an email winery@chainofponds.com.au to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product. Once the damaged wine is received we will resend wine to the disclosed address.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are ‘while stocks last’. If a product ordered is fully paid for only to be found it is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative, or issue a full refund.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you wish to cancel or change your order please email us at info@chainofponds.com.au  within 24 hours of placing your order; exchanges and refunds are provided at Chain of Ponds Wines’ discretion.

LEGALITY
Making a purchase via the Online Store warrants that the user is of legal drinking age (18 years +) in Australia. It is an offense to sell or supply, or to obtain supply of liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor.
