This competition has no connection to Facebook or Instagram whatsoever and is not
sponsored, supported or controlled by Facebook or Instagram in any way. All questions,
comments or complaints are to be referred to Junction Fair and not Facebook or Instagram.
The supplied information is used solely for the execution of this competition by Junction Fair.
1. Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these terms and conditions.
2. Participants must enter the competition by visiting Junction Fair’s Facebook page and
respond to the Status Updates posted at 7pm Mondays 1, 8, 15, 22 February 2021, for the
chance to win.
3. Entry is only open to residents of NSW, Australia. Employees of the promoter, retailers and
their staff at Junction Fair are ineligible to enter.
4. The Competition will run from 7pm Monday, 1 February until 7am Monday, 1 March 2021.
5. Participants entries will be counted once only for each minor competition.
6. Winners are not eligible to win future draws during this promotional period
7. Any offensive comments will be deleted and therefore excluded from the final draw
8. Four prizes will be given away in total, each prize is a $250 Junction Fair Gift Card, total
prize pool is $1,000.
9. Winners will be selected at random AFTER 7am on the following dates:
i. Monday 8 February 2021 – 1 x $250 Junction Fair Gift Card
ii. Monday 15 February 2021 – 1 x $250 Junction Fair Gift Card
iii. Monday 22 February 2021 – 1 x $250 Junction Fair Gift Card
iv. Monday 1 March 2021 – 1 x $250 Junction Fair Gift Card
10. The winner(s) agree to abide by the gift card terms and conditions:
https://activatethecard.com.au/ . Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced, no cash
change will be given.
11. Prizes will not be paid out in cash. Prizes are not transferable to others.
12. The winner(s) will be notified on the Junction Fair Facebook page through a comment
on the corresponding status update after the prize draw or a private message to their
Facebook account.
13. In the event that the prize winner does not contact Junction Fair within 14 days to claim
their prize we will assume that the prize is unclaimed, new winner(s) will be selected at
random after 7am Monday 15 March 2021.
14. The Winner(s) will be published on the Junction Fair Facebook Page after the draw.
15. Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The winner must present identification to claim their prize; this identification must match
the winning entrant’s details. Prizes must be collected from the Junction Fair Centre
Management office open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or by phoning 02 4961 1830.
17. The winner must sign a prize collection form when they collect their prize
18. If any winner(s) is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s
parent or guardian.
19. The winner(s) understands that they must participate in any promotional work as a result
of winning the prize and may include photos on the Junction Fair Facebook Page and in
the local newspapers.
20. The promoter shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is
suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury
suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot
be excluded by law.
