Instructions on how to enter and prize information forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in any competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter is Jessica Bennett (ABN 52798030306), personal travel manager at TravelManagers Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 35 113 085 626) of Level 6, 59 Goulburn St, Haymarket NSW 2000.
Where Jessica Bennett (Promoter) conducts a competition of skill, each entry will be individually judged based on its literary and creative merit.
Jessica Bennett is authorised to conduct this trade promotion lottery without a NSW Permit Number. Permits are also not required in the ACT.
Entry is open to residents of NSW & ACT aged eighteen years or over only. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter. Persons under the age of 18 years are not considered adults and therefore are not able to enter. If a winner is discovered to be under 18, they will automatically be disqualified.
Promotion commences on 01 March 2020 and closes on 31 May 2020. The winner will be selected on 15 June 2020 at an undisclosed location in accordance with state trade promotion lottery regulations. Only the winner will be notified by phone call or email and must respond within 48 hours or the prize may be re-allocated. Re-allocation will be based on remaining competition entrants. Amendment: Due to COVID-19 the competition final entry date has been extended to 31 March 2021. The competition will then be drawn on 15 April 2021 according to the conditions above. Further Amendment: Due to COVID-19 the competition final entry date has been extended to 30 September 2021. The competition will then be drawn on 15 October 2021 according to the conditions above.Entry is open to consumers who complete their personal details, sign up to Jessica Bennett’s TravelManagers newsletter and submit an original response to the competition question on the India competition entry form which can found at
https://forms.gle/XBE9U4qq97HjDGhV6. You must subscribe to the newsletter when you enter and still be subscribed when the competition is drawn.
Entrants must submit their application via the application link or in person before the competition closing date to be eligible.
Consumers will receive one entry per application. Only one entry allowed per person.
The winning entry will receive a six-night trip for two on the India Golden Triangle tour staying in 4* hotels thanks to Travel Sapphire (Australia). Prize is valued at $4500. The tour must be travelled on by 31 March 2021. Tour itinerary may vary.
The prize does not include International flights, Visas, Travel Insurance, meals & drinks other than those stated, sightseeing or entrance fees not listed on the itinerary, excess baggage charges, items of a personal nature, such as souvenirs, laundry and tipping. Amendment: Due to COVID-19 the competition travel validity date has been extended to 31 March 2022. Further Amendment: Due to COVID-19 the competition travel validity date has been extended to 31 December 2022.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. A maximum of one tour voucher can be redeemed for the tour listed only. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. The tour expires on 31 March 2021 (winner must have booked & travelled by this date). Restrictions may apply to travel dates. Amendment: Due to COVID-19 the competition travel validity date has been extended to 31 March 2022. The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
All entries in the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to conduct the competition and may, in the course of business, disclose the personal information to third parties, as required. Entry in this competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested. Entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by the Promoter, and the entrant consents to such use. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice for any reason.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.
Terms and conditions of any prize tickets must be adhered to. Some events have age restrictions, and these must also be adhered to.
Prizes can only be sent to addresses in NSW or ACT and any vouchers are only valid for redemption within Australia.
These Terms and Conditions will bind this and any future entry by you into a competition on this site and may be updated from time to time.
