TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Information on prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry.
2. The Promoter is HOTA, Home of the Arts, ABN 85 060 787 466, of 135 Bundall Road, Surfers
Paradise QLD 4217.
3. To enter the competition, the participant must complete for form on the giveaway page via the
HOTA website.
4. By entering the competition, participants are opting-in to receive the fortnightly HOTA eNews and
special announcements.
5. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter are not eligible to participate in this
promotion.
6. The competition period is Mon 6 May at 9am AEST until 11.59pm AEST on Sun 12 May. Entries
received outside of this period will not be accepted.
7. The winner will be contacted on Mon 13 May via email.
8. The winner will receive a double pass (two adult tickets) to National Geographic – Symphony for
our World, on Sat 25 May, 6.30pm at the Outdoor Stage.
9. The winner must confirm their acceptance of the prize via email or via phone.
10.If the prize is not claimed by Wed 15 May at 5pm, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and
award the prize to another entrant.
11. The total prize pack is valued at $60 (includes GST). This figure is an estimate only and the
Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize values.
12. The prizes are not redeemable for cash and in instances where prizes are transferred to another
recipient, this must be agreed upon by the winner and the Promoter.
13. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, Home of the Arts, will not be liable for
any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct, indirect or
consequential loss), arising either directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the prize or the
promotion.
14. Entrants and participants in the Promotion acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way
sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram and entrants
and participants in the Promotion release Facebook and its associated companies from all liability
arising from the Promotion.
15. All participants must be at least 18 years old.
