2. The Promoter is Sequins and Sand in conjunction with their prize partners.
3. The promotion period begins at 9am AEST on Monday 26th April 2021and concludes at 12.00 midday AEST on Saturday 8th May 2021.
4. Entries are open to Australian residents only.
5. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and third parties associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
6. Entrants must be over 18 years old.

14. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to an equivalent value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
