We are giving away a double pass to every performance in The Sony Company's first MainStage tour of the year.
Burden of Truth was originally planned for 2020, but the performances were cancelled due to the COVID-19 lockdown. However, the project grew in other unexpected ways, including 34 professional singers recording their individual parts for both Jesus’ blood never failed me yet and Transiens in their own available spaces.
The album recording of Burden of Truth, plus a mesmerising film of Transiens, is now available on The Song Company’s digital membership platform.
Linking both works in the program is the theme of optimistic hope during challenging times, where life’s journeys and discoveries continue unfolding, despite the unexpected turns.
Burden of Truth will be performed in Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra from 21 May – 10 June in collaboration with local partner ensembles.
