Terms and Conditions
1. Kohler Australia is the promoter of the Father's Day promotion (“Promotion”).

2. This Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Staff (and their immediate families) of Kohler, its agencies, suppliers and of merchants participating in this promotion, are ineligible to enter.

3. A valid entry is gained by entering details online during the promotional period (30th Aug - 3rd Sept 2021). One entry only per person please.

4. You must enter online before 12pm (noon) AEST on the 2rd Sept 2021. You will need to provide your first name, family name, mobile number, suburb and email address when entering.

5. When you participate in this Promotion, Kohler Australia will store your entry information and also add you to our database. You have the right to see your information and ask for any personal information to be corrected and to unsubscribe from any promotional email communications.

6. There is one prize consisting of a 12-month subscription to Amazon Audible audiobook service (or equivalent).

7. The prize winner will be drawn at random from all entries on 3rd Sept 2021. The prize winner will be notified via phone and/or email after the draw. After notification, the winner’s name will be posted on the Kohler Australia Facebook page.   8. The Prize winner agrees that Kohler Australia is entitled to use their name, contact details and photographs for internal and external marketing, promotion, communication and reasonable publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion.

9. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Kohler retains the right to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion on reasonable grounds including invalid entries, misleading conduct or fairness to other participants.

10. Subject to Australian consumer law (where applicable), Kohler Australia will not be liable to any person for any damage, loss or injury caused in connection with the Prize or the Promotion.

11. KOHLER reserves the right to terminate or suspend this promotion at any time due to unforeseen events or events beyond its control which prevent completion of the prize draw.
