We have been honoured to provide vital services to Western Australians over the years, and we are excited for what the future has in store for us.
We want to show our appreciation and provide you with an opportunity to share your stories, and your memories of SHQ or The Family Planning Association of Western Australia (FPWA) (as we were once known by!). This includes if you were a client, staff member, volunteer or participant in any of our services over the many years. All that we have accomplished, we have done so together.
We invite you to share your most memorable experiences at SHQ, so during our 50th anniversary year celebrations we can see the impact we have made. Entries will go into the draw to win a $100 Coles Myer gift card!
Submissions close on the 30th June, 2022. The winner will be contacted via email or phone and announced through social media on the 2nd July 2022. Please note that if you do not enter in an email address or phone number, you will be ineligible to enter the draw. You do not have to enter the draw if you do not want to, you are still welcome to share your memories with us.
Recipients will be given one week to respond; another winner will be selected if there is no reply.
