Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
The Promoter is Independence Australia Group ABN 80 973 805 243, Building 1, 9 Ashley Street, West Footscray Victoria 3012, 1300 704 456.
The competition commences at 9:00am AEST on 01/02/2022 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30/04/2022.
Entry is open to residents of Australia. Officers, employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter.
To enter, entrants must complete their details (including name, address, phone and email address) in the online entry form at
www.independenceaustralia.com.au/competitions/win-with-depend/ and comment in the response to the following “In 25 words or less, tell us what’s important to you when you’re choosing continence products?”. No purchase is necessary.
Entries are limited to one per person and all fields must be completed, including contact information and a valid email address.
Judging will take place at 12:00pm AEST on 02/05/2022 in Victoria. All entries will be judged by one or more representatives of the Promoter individually on their merits based on literary and creative content.
The best entry as determined by the judges in their absolute discretion will win the Prize. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
The Prize is a Prepaid Gift Card at the value of $500.
The winner will be notified within 48 hours of the judging taking place via email and/or phone.
The winner must confirm acceptance of prize and their details within five (5) business days of receiving notification via email and/or phone in order to receive their prize.
If (for any reason whatsoever) a winner does not accept a prize or cannot be contacted by the Promoter, the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited by the winner. The relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will distribute any unclaimed prizes to the next best ranking entry, as determined by the judges or the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Winners of unclaimed prizes will be notified in writing via email.
The Prize will be delivered within 2 weeks to the email account and/or delivery address nominated by the Eligible Entrant as provided to the Promoter at the time of claiming the Prize.
In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of any winner accepting and/or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
