Well, folks, it’s time to light your inner bunsen burner and let your imagination run wild – World Science Festival Brisbane is back for 2022! Taking over Queensland Museum from March 9–13, get ready to celebrate all things science as our city transforms into a playground for the mind. Featuring more than 150 talks, demonstrations and experiments, this year’s program is guaranteed to capture the curiosities of kids and adults alike. From adventures with prehistoric predators to underwater explorations, stargazing spectacles and conversations with some of the country’s most knowledgeable academics, this mammoth five-day event will leave you pondering, provoked and perspicacious.
To celebrate the return of this wild and wonderful event, we’ve teamed up with fellow wisdom warriors World Science Festival Brisbane to bring one lucky reader and a friend the ultimate VIP festival experience. The next stop on your itinerary is Night of The Nerds, the festival’s very own, very nerdy variety game show. As if that’s not enough, you will also win two tickets to the sold-out Everything you Need to Know About: Comedy with Dr Karl and Niraj Lal, who’ll be discussing all things humour.
