Instructions on how to enter and this promotion form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms and
Conditions”). Participation in this Spacetalk Reconnecting Relo’s Promotion (“Promotion”) is deemed
acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other
offer. Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
2. The promoter is Spacetalk Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 64 606 733 804) of 13/154 Fullarton Rd, Rose Park SA
5067 (“Promoter” or “Spacetalk”).
3. Entry into the Promotion commences at 12:00am (AEST) on 9th March 2022. Entry into the Promotion
closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 31st March 2022 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period may be
extended in the sole discretion of the Promoter. Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be
accepted.
4. During the Promotion Period entrants may enter the Promotion by purchasing a Participating Product
and submitting an entry on the Spacetalk website.
All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be eligible, as set out below under Draw
Details. Specific eligibility criteria are outlined in Eligibility below.
The Promoter will select a winner in accordance with the Draw Details below.
Definitions
5. For the purpose of these terms and conditions:
a) “Immediate Family Member” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse,
child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, stepgrandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, step-sister or first cousin.
b) “Participating Product” means any of the Spacetalk products listed in the table below by model
name and number that are supplied by Spacetalk in Australia and sold directly by a Participating
Retail Store:

c) “Participating Retail store” means any one of the Australian retail or online stores trading under
the following trading names that are authorised by Spacetalk to sell Participating Products and has
been invited by the Promoter to participate in the Promotion, including but not limited to:

The Promoter recommends that prior to purchasing a Participating Product, each entrant verifies
with the retailer that it is a Participating Retail Store.
d) “Proof of Purchase” means an original tax invoice clearly confirming a Purchase. The Proof of
Purchase must clearly specify:
· The Participatinng Product that was Purchased.
· The price paid for the Participating Product.
· The Participating Retail Store in which the Participating Product was Purchased.
· The date that the Participating Product was Purchased during the Promotion Period
and prior to the entry being made.
e) “Purchase” means either making full and final payment for a Participating Product during the
Promotion Period or successfully and validly purchasing a Participating Product by entering a final
and binding finance agreement in relation to a Participating Product during the Promotion Period.
This does not include laybys unless the final payment is made during the Promotion Period.
The Prize
6. There is one (1) Prize to be won, comprising of:
The winner will be awarded one (1) travel prize for the winner and one companion (companion must
be aged 18 years or older, to be determined by the Prize winner and approved by the Promoter in its
sole and absolute discretion), valued at up to AUD $3,000 (incl. GST). The Prize comprises of the
following:
Two (2) Economy flights, up to a maximum value of AUD $3,000 (incl. GST) awarded either as
flight tickets booked by the Promoter on behalf of the winner and their companion (inclusive of
airfare related taxes and charges) or a travel voucher for the value of the flight tickets, at the
Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion, in which case the winner is responsible for booking their
own flights) return to anywhere in the world accessible via a commercial flight for the winner and
one (1) companion.
7. The winner will be responsible for booking all accommodation and any required transfers to and from
the airport. If the flights are awarded as a travel voucher, the winner is responsible for booking their
own flights and flights of their companion.
8. The value of the flight in the Prize is up to AUD $3,000 (incl. GST). The Promoter will consult with the
winner regarding their preferred destination, and book flight tickets (or provide a flight voucher for the
value of the flight tickets to the relevant destination) for the winner and their one (1) companion to
attend the relevant destination (subject to the Price Restriction below, these Terms and Conditions
and any exclusions or blackout periods of the nominated airline or travel voucher provider), up to a
maximum value of AUD $3,000 (incl. GST). If the flight tickets are less than AUD $3,000 (incl. GST), the
Prize will be valued at the value of the flight tickets (or a travel voucher for the value of the flight
tickets to the relevant destination) and the Promoter will not be required to award to the winner any
additional value over and above the cost of the flight tickets (or a travel voucher for the value of the
flight tickets to the relevant destination) to make up AUD 3,000 (incl. GST) for the Prize. It is at the
Promoter’s sole discretion whether the Prize is awarded as a travel voucher or flight tickets.
Draw Details
9. Valid entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges appointed by Spacetalk at its absolute
discretion. The panel will consider the entries and select one winner. The panel, selecting the
winner may consider (but are not limited to) the following criteria: impact, story, creativity,
presentation, consistency with Spacetalk values. Entries that display or encourage unsafe
practices, as deemed by the panel, will be void.
The winner will be determined at the end of the Promotion Period, as follows:
At the Promoter’s premises at Suite 13, 154 Fullarton Road, Rose Park SA 5067, between
9:00am and 10:00am ADST on 19th April 2022.
The winner will be contacted in accordance with the contact details provided on entry.
Notification of Winners
10. The winner will be notified by email, telephone, website and/or social media by 5:30pm ADST on 19th
April 2022.
Prize Claim Date
11. Prize must be claimed by 5:30pm ADST on 29th April 2022.
