The Yarra Trams tramTRACKER TripTWEETER Sign-Up Competition Terms and Conditions
1. This competition is run by KDR Victoria Pty Ltd trading as Yarra Trams ABN 42 138 066
074.
2. The competition is open to anybody who successfully signs up to tramTRACKER
TripTWEETER personalised journey alerts.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by
these terms and conditions.
5. Closing date for entering the competition will be 31 March 2022. After this date, no
further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
i. Your Twitter @handle must be validated as a successful subscriber to
tramTRACKER TripTWEETER to be a valid entry.
8. Entrants must leave accurate Twitter @handle, name and contact details on their
entry to the tramTRACKER TripTWEETER Sign-Up Competition so they can be
contacted. Yarra Trams reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and
these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be
notified to entrants as soon as possible by Yarra Trams. The prizes are as follows:
i. 1 x $500 Visa prepaid cash card.
9. The prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes
are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to
substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
10. Winners will be chosen by random draw at Level 3 Tram Hub, 555 Bourke Street,
Melbourne, VIC, 3000 on 1 April 2022.
11. Winners will be notified by email on 1 April 2022. Winners’ names will also be
announced on Yarra Trams’ Twitter channel on 1 April 2022.
12. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of
notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a
replacement winner.
13. Yarra Trams will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is
delivered, or how the prize may be redeemed.
14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the law of the
State of Victoria.
15. The winner agrees to the use of their name in any publicity material, including social
media, as well as their entry.
16. Any personal information relating to the winner or any other entrants may be used
to contact you in the future, and will be stored in accordance with Yarra Tram’s
