When it comes to first dates, we can agree that no date is ever the same.
From nerve-wracking first encounters (shout out to our fellow dating app users) to set-up dates between mutual acquaintances, first date stories tend to stand the test of time.
Which is why, this month, we’ve teamed up with the Brisbane Writer’s Festival to host a ‘First Dates in South Bank’ competition. That’s right! This April, Brisbane Writer’s Festival are embarking on a city-wide search for the best first date stories in South Bank and we can’t wait to see what tales come out of the wood work. Whether successful or unsuccessful, romantic or awkward, serious or relaxed – we want you to put that pen to paper (or fingers to keys) and spare no details.
But of course, no good competition would be complete without a selection of killer prizes! Offering an incredible book pack and the opportunity to be published on the new BWF app, as well as a luxurious night for two at the Emporium Hotel South Bank for the grand prize winner, you won’t want to miss out on this amazing opportunity to win.
