ARTURO’S EXPERIENCE PROMOTION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promotional Period: The promotion commences at 09.00 EST (New South Wales time) on 18
MARCH 2022 and closes at 22.00 EST (New South Wales time) on 30 JUNE 2022.
2. Promoter is Laundy Hotels Pty Ltd (ABN 92 001 217 554) of 739 Hume Highway, Bass Hill,
New South Wales, 2110. Phone number: (02) 9817 2204.
3. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating,
entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions
to be valid.
4. Entry is open to residents of New South Wales who are 18 years and over.
5. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and venues associated
with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
6. This promotion will be conducted at the following participating venue: Woolly Bay Hotel [2
Bourke Street, Woolloomooloo NSW 2011] and have been invited by the Promoter to
participate as ("Participating Venue").
7. The prize consists of; One (1) Dining and Beverage Experience at Arturo’s Restaurant for ten
(10) people valued at two thousand dollars ($2000).
8. The prize is valid for three (3) months. The drawn winner must organise a date and time with
the venue management.
9. There is One (1) prize in total.
10. To enter; Entrants must complete their details through an online promotional entry form
including full name, mobile and email.
11. Limit applies of one (1) entry per person per day.
12. The prize draw will take place at the Participating Venue by the management team at 9:00
EST (New South Wales time) on 1 JULY 2022 from the accumulated promotional entries.
13. Winners will be announced in venue and via the relevant venue website at the Participating
Venue at 10.00 EST as per the promotional draw terms and conditions.
14. Winners do not have to present at the time of draw to claim the prize. They will be
contacted via the contact details of their digital entry ticket.
15. Winners are responsible for the collection of the prize from the Participating Venue.
16. Winners will have three (3) days to collect their prize, or the winner will be redrawn.
17. If the winner cannot be contacted via their entry details provided within three (3) days or
the winner will be redrawn.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address
and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this
promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.
19. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
20. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other
communications. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the
approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend the
promotion.
22. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit,
exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition
and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar
consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable
Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the NonExcludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and
agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or
damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential,
arising in any way out of the promotion.
23. If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the
Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize or element of a prize of equal or
greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion, subject to any written directions from the
relevant authorities.
24. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation if the prize or element of a prize
has been substituted at equal or greater value.
25. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take the
prize (or an element of the prize), then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be
forfeited.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information,
fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is
otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering, or tampering with this promotion
or otherwise preventing the conduct of the promotion as intended by the Promoter. In the
event of such problems or conduct, then the Promoter may (where necessary with approval
from the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend the promotion.
27. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a
result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury
which is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter, or which otherwise
cannot be excluded by law.
28. All Laundy Hotels Pty Ltd venues practises and supports the responsible service of alcohol.
Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage prize if it
would breach any relevant laws, codes or policies including those of the relevant liquor
licensee relating to the responsible service of alcohol.
29. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image, entry, and/or voice if they are a
winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose
of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products
manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
30. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol for, anyone under 18.
