ENERAL:
1) Information on how to enter this competition will form part of these Terms & Conditions.
2) By entering this competition, you agree to the promotion Terms & Conditions.
3) Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions will result in the automatic disqualification and may
render the competition entrant eligible to participate in future competitions.
4) The competition is being run by Bendigo Marketplace (Mitchell St, Bendigo 3550) throughout the
promotional period.
WHO CAN ENTER:
5) This competition is exclusively open to Victorian (Australia) residents only.
6) Entrants must be 13 years or older to enter.
7) Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter are not eligible to enter this competition.
‘Immediate families’ includes spouse, de facto partner, child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or
sibling of the employee.
1 (one) entry per unique Facebook account is permitted.
PROMOTION DURATION:
9) The competition commences at 6pm (AEST) on Thursday 7th July and concludes at 11:59pm on Sunday
17th July (‘Promotional Period’).
10) Competition duration is for 10 days.
HOW TO ENTER:
11) To be eligible to win, entrants must follow in the instructions set out on the Bendigo Marketplace
Facebook post
www.facebook.com/BendigoMarketplace/ during the Promotional Period. All entrants
must:
a) Like the competition post on the Bendigo Marketplace Facebook Page
www.facebook.com/BendigoMarketplace/ and
b) Comment with their preferred style, either “CUT” or “FADE”.
PRIZES:
12) There are fifty (50) Big Barber Haircuts to be won, each valued at $25.
13) Total prize pool is valued at $1,250.
14) Prizes are to be collected from the Bendigo Marketplace Centre Management Office.
15) Centre Management is located at 37 Garsed Street Bendigo, 3550. Please note Centre Management is
open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
16) The prize cannot be collected on a weekend or Public Holiday.
WINNER SELECTION:
17) Competition winners will be drawn before 1pm on Monday 18th July 2022.
18) Winners will be listed on the competition post on Facebook by 5pm on Monday 18
th July 2022.
19) All winners will be drawn randomly. In the instance where a random entrant did not follow the
competition guidelines, subsequent random prize draws will occur until a valid winner is found.
20) No less than 3 (three) attempts will be made in writing by the Promoter (Bendigo Marketplace) to
contact the winners.
21) Any prizes which remain unclaimed after 3 (three) months (Monday 17th October 2022) will be
forfeited and remain the property of the Promoter.
OTHER CONDITIONS:
22) Prizes are not refundable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Prizes cannot be on-sold.
23) The Promoter will not be held responsible for any details provided by the entrants which are
incorrect.
