If you’re anything like me, sometimes visiting the dentist can make me nervous. BUT it actually doesn’t have to be this way! That’s what my friends at SA Dental have taught me and my kids. You don’t have to be anxious about what the dentist might have to say if you do the work at home first, it’s super easy.
The more you look after your teeth by simply brushing twice daily, spitting out your toothpaste when you’re done instead of rinsing and just cutting back on sugary drinks and choosing water, the easier visits to the dentist will be.
