Win four tickets to Lux de la Luna – a five-course fire-cooked feast to celebrate art-chitecture at HOTA
Clear your calendars from September 16–25 –WONDER is returning to HOTA for ten spectacular days of art, music, food, markets and more. This year’s WONDER festival is anchored by an interactive installation called Alcazar, which was created by Sydney-based design studio Atelier Sisu. The immense palace of light and colour not only celebrates the spectacle of ‘art-chitecture’, but provides a visually arresting backdrop for Lux de la Luna – a magnificent five-course fire-cooked feast crafted by Palette’s executive chef Dayan Hartill-Law.
The menu, which will be cooked over fire to infuse each dish with an irresistible smoky flavour, includes South Australian octopus with black romesco, Burrawong Gaian duck served family style with duck-fat roasted potato, grilled carrots, radicchio and orange salad, and, to finish, a seriously impressive Acro Iris macaron tower. The vibrant spring flavours of the fare will be complemented by exclusive hand-selected wines and spirits from St Hugo, Orlando alongside Victoria’s Four Pillars Distillery. Rounding out your evening will be roving entertainment, musical acts, live art creations and aerial experiences to delight and surprise.
