To be eligible to enter The Good Guys ‘70 TVs Giveaway’ (“Competition”) participants must:
• Register their details by providing their full name, a valid email address and mobile
phone number into the sign-up form at www.thegoodguys.com.au/tv-giveaway and
• Opt in to receive electronic communication from The Good Guys.

Every Tuesday from the 4th October, 2022 to 21st November, 2022 (the competition period) participants will receive an email featuring the weekly prize/s (as listed in the table below) which will be given away. To enter the draw for a chance to win one (1) of the prizes participants must enter the draw each week by clicking on ‘Enter Now’ in the email that they receive.

Winners MUST provide The Good Guys with a product review (video) within 2 weeks of receiving the prize from the TV supplier or the prize is forfeited.

There will be a total of seven (7) draws during the competition period. Winners will be drawn by random number generation using www.random.org from all eligible entries received the six (6) days prior to the draw by The Good Guys.

The winner of the draw must be opted in to receive electronic communication from The Good Guys at the time of the draw and must continue do so until a prize is received or until the promotion ends. If the winner unsubscribes at any time before the prize is received, they forfeit their prize and another draw will take place to select another winner.

Prize details as follows: Seventy (70) TVs from seven brands - Samsung (UA65BU8000WXXY), LG (65UQ9000PSD), SONY (KD65X85K), Hisense (65A7HAU), TCL (65P735), Linsar (LS75UHDZEN) and Toshiba (65Z770KP). No less than $1000 in value each. Due to stock constraints a prize may be substituted for an equivalent or equal value prize.

The winner will be notified by telephone and email to the contact details supplied by the entrant in the sign-up form at www.thegoodguys.com.au/tv-giveaway within seven (7) business days of the draw, as indicated in table above. Upon notification, the winner will be given the contact details of the supplier to arrange delivery at a convenient time to them.

The Good Guys will provide first and last name securely to suppliers to confirm the winner’s identity upon claiming their prize. The winner must contact the supplier within fourteen (14) working days of notification or the prize will forfeit. A redraw will not happen at this time.

The  winner is required to provide their first and last name, telephone number, email and full postal address in order to be sent their prize. The winner’s last name, first initial and postcode will be published on The Good Guys website at www.thegoodguys.com.au/tv- giveaway within one (1) business days of the winner claiming their prize and will be displayed on the website for a minimum of 30 days.


If the winner is unable to be contacted within fourteen (14) days of the draw, a redraw will occur. In the event that a redraw is required, it will be held fourteen (14) days after the original draw date at 3pm, 60 City Road Southbank VIC 3006 and the re-draw winner will be notified by email and telephone with the details supplied by the entrant in the sign-up form at www.thegoodguys.com.au/tv-giveaway. If the redraw winner does not claim their prize within 14 days from the supplier the prize will be forfeited.
