TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18 years. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, Amadio Wines and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
5. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
6. Promotion commences Friday 29 July 10.00am and closes on Monday 31 October at 10.00am. Valid entries must be received before the closure of the promotion. The winner will be selected at 461 Payneham Road, Felixstow SA 5070 on Monday 31 October at 3:00pm. The winner will be contacted by email. Decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The first drawn name will be deemed the winner. The Prize: The winner will receive ‘a year's supply of Amadio Wines, equivalent to one mixed dozen of wine per quarter, over a 12 month period. Mixed dozen is selected by Amadio Wines.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
9. In the event that a prize(s) is/are not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize(s) in its discretion to the same and equal recommended retail value.
10. Unless expressly stated within these Conditions of Entry regarding all prizes, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner. (Freight is $20 per dozen if the winner wishes the prize to be delivered).
11. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion at its discretion.
13. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the information requested on the Entry is not provided (or provided in full), the entrant may not participate in the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees and permits the Promoter to use the entrant’s personal information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic mail messages. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
14. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrants name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (incl. photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without further reference, payment or compensation the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency prior to awarding a prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
