1. Instructions on how to enter this promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions and entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion commences on Thursday 1st September 2022 at 12:00 AM AEST and ends on Thursday 29th September 2022 at 11:59 PM AEST with 1 weekly winner being drawn via electronic drawing system. The first winner will be drawn at 10am on Thursday 8th September 2022 at LaCorium Health Head Office in Bondi Junction - Level 4, 59-75 Grafton Street, Bondi Junction NSW, 2022. Each subsequent weekly winner will be drawn at the same time each Thursday (except for 29th September 2022) from LaCorium Head Office, with the last winner being drawn on Friday 30th September 2022.
This is a game of chance however due to the total prize value being under $3,000 AUD, permits are not required.
2. The Total Prize is 1 year’s supply of assorted Little Bellies treats (x4 winners) which amounts to 1 serve per day. Each Thursday (except for 29th September 2022) and on Friday 30th September 2022 a new winner will be drawn from the previous week to win 1 year’s supply, totalling 4 different weekly winners.
3. The entrants from each week will roll over into the next draw meaning the earlier the participant enters, the more chances there are of winning.
4. Entrants cannot win more than once. If the electronic drawing system pulls out the same winning entrant, it will be discarded and replaced with the next eligible winning entry.
5. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, individuals must do and complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

b) Complete the entry form located at dermaltherapy.com.au/insideout including uploading a copy of the receipt of purchase of the participating product/s.
6. The winner will be notified by email or phone each Thursday (except for 29th September 2022) with the first notification date being Thursday 8th September 2022 and the last notification date Friday 30th September 2022. The winners’ first name and state will be posted on the Dermal Therapy website

30th September 2022. In the event a prize is unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will occur on 29th October 2022 at the same time and location as the original draws. The unclaimed prize winner(s) will be notified via phone and email on 29th October 2022 and published on the Dermal Therapy website

7. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each separate entry is accompanied by an original receipt. Specific to multiple products purchased together in one receipt, 1 entry per product purchased is required to enter the competition multiple times. For example, if the entrant purchased three products on the same receipt, the entrant could enter 3 times as long as the receipt is uploaded in each entry.
8. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
9. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
10. The Promoters reserve the right, at any time, to verify the entrant’s entry (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoters have reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoters discretion. Failure by the Promoters to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoters legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
11. The Promoters are not responsible for any incorrect information provided by the Entrant.
12. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
13. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoters reserve the right, in sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.
14. The Promoters are not responsible for any action, event, loss or damage direct or indirect after the prize has been issued or sent to the Entrant.
15. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
16. The Prize consists of a 1-year assortment (365 serves) of Baby Bellies/Little Bellies/Mighty Bellies, subject to the request of the winner and stock availability.
17. Entrants consent to the Promoters using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a successful winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoters.

18. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoters reserve the right, in sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
19. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
20. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
21. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non- Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoters (includingits respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
22. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoters (including its respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoters control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoters) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters; (d) any variation in the Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a entrant; or (f) use of the Prize.
23. The Promoters collect personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoters will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at
www.dermaltherapy.com.au. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoters Privacy Policy, the Promoters may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. All entries become the property of the Promoters. The Promoters will not disclose the entrant’s personal information to any entity outside of Australia.
